Brittany at the front desk was amazing! She helped me resolve a problem I made myself and couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. She literally saved me this evening! Thank you Brittany and Quality Inn for being so flexible. Oh, and the hotel is lovely too!

Posting for my husband. Quality inn kenly I-95 maids never came and cleaned the entire week I was there, had to ask for clean towels. There was burn marks in the tub. Lady at front desk was rude. There was stains on the blanket. Furniture has seen better days was definitely not worth the price

I definitely recommend this hotel! The staff is awesome! Rooms are very clean and affordable! Beds are comfortable! Love the waffles in the morning! Beyond satisfied with my stay!

My stay at the Quality Inn at Kenly, NC was amazing! The fact that gas and food was in front of the hotel, it was walking distance. Marybeth was so nice and accommodating. The hotel room that I stayed in was so clean and the bed was so comfortable and clean as well. I would highly recommend people to stay at the Quality Inn hotel at Kenly, NC.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was far from acceptable. The first thing I noticed was a small roach on the first of the two queen beds. Second thing I noticed was a wealth of “questionable” stains on the carpet between the two beds (I did not take a picture of this, so I suppose you can choose to or not to believe this part). Third thing I noticed was a bed bug in the second queen bed after pulling the sheets back.
After scrolling through some other reviews, the person that replies to these reviews seems to claim that some reviews are simply false and that this hotel goes above and beyond for cleanliness.
I will just let the pictures speak for themselves, whether they are accepted by the response or disputed.

My fiance and I got to the hotel by 9pm last night with 2 tired dogs! We were greeted by a very friendly and professional Hotel manager on duty who happened to be training a very nice gentleman. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable! Perfect for a good night sleep for another 10hr drive the next day! Keep up the great work!

We took a vacation from FL to NY, over to ohio, then back to NY and finally back home to fl. Out of all the hotels we stayed in, this one is by far the best. Was clean, quiet, and the staff was super friendly! The bathroom was clean, and the mattresses were comfortable! Also, the outside of the hotel was beautifully landscaped and welcoming!

Marybeth the property manager went way beyond her tittle! My room was clean on both stays Armandina great job in room 221, Jean an amazing job in 107 Thank You Ladies! Race teams stay here at the Quality Inn! Grill Pool Corn Hole! Great location and less then 13miles from the race track

This place was awesome! Our car broke down and we were towed here and they gave us employee discount on a room and even let us get a late check out waiting for our ride. Then let us stay on property to figure out what to do with the broke down car.you get what you pay for out of the rooms but the customer service was top tier. Thanks Brentey and the morning desk lady (didn’t catch name) for the awesome help

Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. I liked the fact it had a coffee maker and a hairdryer, among other amenities. The bathroom was spacious as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Front desk staff is rude and lazy. I wish I could remember the front desk workers name but I can’t. However, her tone is harsh and demeaning. I could see how this is a 2 star (or lower) hotel. Would never stay here. Get better staff with better hospitality skills!

Several cockroaches in the room, fluids and residue on the toilet seat, dirty floors, limited breakfast, and a closed pool. The fella working at night was really nice and helpful. In the morning, we let the woman at the front desk know the situation in the room, but she didn't seem to care.
