2024 August 4 We stopped for fuel and souvenirs at this location. Fuel was reasonably priced. The location was clean and had plenty of options for trinkets. Patricia was kind, tentative and helpful. The site is clean and well stocked. I recommend this location.

The place is under construction, and only 2 pumps are working . NO showers. ???

Pump 8 SKIP button didn't work. Had to move to a second pump. Very hard to see the screens whe the sun is low and shining on them. Not consistent with the typical Pilot experience. Friendly staff was the main redeeming quality.

Just used the ladies restroom. 3 stalls, 2 wont flush. Also, heades up truckers the showers arent available due to remodeling.

The prices in this store are not correct. They display the discount, but do not apply it.
I took it to the cashier and they charged me the normal amount. $349.99
This store is a deception.

It's a disgusting place. I'm going to go to Kenly County. I'm going to report it and if you're healthy, you can get sick with those old and dirty bathrooms. The donuts are left there for up to two days. It's a disgusting place. I'm going to report it.

Worst pilot ive been too the showers are white disgusting and outdated. They give you a pole with a shower number. Very tight trying to get to the fuel stations. It smells like human waste everywhere it made my stomach hurt. I went to the other pilot down the street way better updated and clean NO SMELL. I am not a dirty truck driver so I will not take showers no where dirty I’d rather boil hot water in my truck and wash that way before I use a dirty bathroom
