We had to stop and get a new tire while on our vacation and I stayed in the car while they changed the tire... it was like I had a pit crew!!! Fast and personable... thank you!!!

Nice guys. In and out. Right away. Had steer tires air valves leaking. They replaced them right away. They also speak Spanish. SE habla Espanol. No issues will come back.

1st time visiting this business as I had other errands in the area. I needed 2 rear tires. Staff were overall friendly and quick, but they damaged one of my rims. I always take pictures before I get my tires changed. (Closeups were taken after tire change).I didn't realize until my next stop that my driver's side rear rim was BADLY damaged. Also, my green cap was replaced with a normal black cap AND my tires were overly inflated! I had one guy work on each tire, so whoever worked on my driver's rear was unexperienced! I WILL NOT visit this business again in the future!I wish that you can reply to comments, but this shows the company's unprofessional behavior! You may have a video of me looking, but I was in a rush and did a quick look over. The video also shows me taking before pictures and physically wiping rims which i thought maybe it was dirty. When I looked closer and compared to pictures they clearly were NOT there! The pictures show it all, I have deep cuts on the one rim, 3 green caps and 1 black, picture shows green cap before changing n black cap afterwards! Tire pressure doesn't show until driving so please explain the overly inflated tires that I had to remove some air from, and changing caps if I "like to cause problems" The only reason I did not return was because I was rushing that day. You will not have good luck with your company if you cannot be professional and except when mistakes are made!

The staff was very helpful Mr Tyrone extra dip my rims and tires to make sure that there was no holes or leaks the other guys was very speedy and very helpful I recommend this place to anyone in the tri-state area of Kenly Wilson Smithfield Selma pine level

Great fast service for a blowout we got on I-95! Great price for used tires on our class C RV. We definitely recommend them, close to Highway and very quick service. New tires were a little pricey and they want cash.

Great, friendly, hard working staff. I dropped my truck off at 830am. Front tires and control arms replaced in 2 hours. Pricing was excellent. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys are the BEST!!! I was in a bind where I am staying over in Kenly until the end of the month. I ran over what I thought was two but ended up being three nails in one tire. Was super stressed about it. Called Lugo's who told me to bring it in and they replaced my tire. Great service, great price. I am so grateful. Thank you, Fellas!

This place is the best. Me and my buddies rented an RV, renter had an old tire on there and shredded then blew out. Luckily right by the exit of Lugo’s and they replaced the tire and fixed us up in 15 minutes for an amazing price. They were so friendly and helped us feel better, because as everyone knows getting a flat tire on a road trip stinks. A great business with great service and prices.

They are absolutely AH-MAZING!!! They had my tire that NO ONE had, they were quick, and cheap! Thank y’all so much! I definitely would of been stuck on the side of the road with a blown tire. They saved me some stress!!!
