One of the managers of this company also has a site on Air B&B in Jenner, CA. The man, Steven Levinson, with whom I spoke for over 2 months in order to make a decision to move into his guest house, broke all of the verbal agreements made.
1. The Guesthouse was FILTHY. It took me 1 week to scrub down.
2. The laundry was inside the main house and I was barred from using it (this is in Jenner, CA...rural).
3. I was told the internet was very good and reliable, I lost my livelihood.
4. The Guesthouse is above a garage this man uses multiple times a day which makes a great deal of noise. I was moving to a rural location for peace and quiet. Which was discussed at length.
5. I was told my mail would have to go to his PO Box and my mail was under his control. I lost checks, packages and the post office could do nothing because I was not on a list the slumlord should have placed me on.
6. At age 70, Iost my belongings, and $25,000 due to the misinformation on which I based a life changing decision.
7. Upon calling this man on what was happening, he became irate and verbally abusive. I had to call the sheriff's office.
To this day, I am owed $1400 because I had to leave after 3 weeks.
So, ENTER AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
I was absolutely idiotic to trust this person.

Was leaving Rocky Mtn and truck 1203 was tailgating on 95 S. I watched in horror. A fuel truck?? Not right.
