Called about getting the IPhone 14 Pro Max and talked to Corrie, by the time I arrived she had my plan pulled up and knew what my options were for upgrading & she had even picked out some cases in a range of options that she thought I might like. She got everything set up quickly and had the best personality!This was the best experience I’ve EVER had getting a new phone. If you are in the area go see Corrie!

I called into this store to get some information about phone upgrades and when my contract was up. I talked to a woman named Vickie. She got me all the information I needed. I got upset because I couldn't end my contract because I got it from Walmart. I was told that if I called US Cellular I could possibly get out of the contract. She informed me that that information wasn't correct that I needed to talk to the person that sold it to me because it's not directly through Walmart. Even though it was upsetting I am glad she gave me that information and I wish I would've talked to her before I got this phone. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Been going to this place ever since it open and today I was treated like nothing I cannot afford expensive phone I pay for what I could afford I'm a disabled person they don't have a handicap space how are uses a walker been having trouble with my phone for three weeks now pay for phone that I could afford still haven't come in and they act like they don't care and and I get treated like nothing maybe it's time I find me another company to you

Okay place to deal with for service for phones but the Wallace Us cellular office is way better the politeness and well-mannered of the associates here in Kenansville is great but the Wallace US Cellular corporation office takes the extra mile instead to make sure your business is handled and done properly

Switched from Verizon to US cellular. I got new service and new the I phone 11 at this store, It has now quit and when I took it in the store they sent me away with a none working phone and no loaner told me I had to take it up with Apple. The girl working was very nice but the actual service that I got,Is just a shame. And did you know? if your new iPhone quits of a factory defect you'll need 767.86 in an account before they will send you a in 5-10 days.. just a FYI

About two years ago, I had a bad experience at this US Cellular location, but I recently went in and had a very pleasant customer service experience with one of the employees whose name I have unfortunately forgotten.
