I visited the napa in my city twice in the last month,each visit I was greeted by a MASKLESS associate. The associate stated that regardless of covid, they refused to wear MASK! I will not shop there again,and neither will my family or friends,NO RESPECT!

As a former employee AND friend, and someone who now works for the competition in the area I would suggest you realize who is and isnt going to grow your business. I hear it EVERYDAY from customers about how badly you guys need to do something else. I would suggest looking at who actually grows your business. I hear every single day about the lack of knowledge patricia has, as well as a very nasty attitude coming from her. Everyone wants to talk to Terrance, or kim, or this new guy Jason. I would suggest finding another job for patricia within the company that does not involve face to face interaction with customers or actual automotive knowledge...or atleast moving her to part time and giving this Jason guy full time...or actually valuing the people who actually know what they are talking about and be fair with them and make sure their time is worth it. I hate to say it but if you lose Terrance then you literally have nothing...I would regroup and find some people with knowledge and good customer service skills because I hear everyday that this is where you are lacking. I love my napa people and hope yall can figure it out. Also this isnt New York things are a bit slower around here and putting a 10 minute time limit to speak with customers on your employees is ridiculous. I will spend however long I need to with a customer to get their continued and loyal business, which is the ultimate goal right?

If you want to use your agriculture tax exempt number they will not take it with out setting up a account . All places that I have been to all over the state will make a copy of your card and have you sign the streamline form that takes all of 5 minutes and they didn't even have a Ford FL1A oil filter that is one of the most popular filters ever the clerk acted as though he wanted to be anywhere but there helping customers.
