However, some customers report inconsistencies. Sometimes no one sprays the cars at all before they enter, and the back window is often missed and remains dirty. The always free self-serve vacuums are a popular feature, but the tubes sometimes do not work or have very little suction, and the vacuum area can have trash all over. The experience can be a little confusing, with a need for better connection between the app and in-person service. While some employees are noted as rude and disrespectful, others find it a great place for a decent wash. The business is cashless, accepting major credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards.
I drove across town to come here. Best vacuums. Joined monthly club. Happy I did. Attendant met me at wash board to help, made it easy.

Best wash for the price. 25 bucks for unlimited washes per month is the best deal around. My car is usually clean within 5 to 10 minutes.

Very helpful attendant, signed me up for the half-price 3 month trial. Can't beat the price! Quick but thorough drive-through wash and excellent vacuums. I love a clean car and this place is so convenient, quick and affordable. Highly recommended. If some vacs aren't working, drive around.
