Got a power steering pump put in. They had my car for almost a week. Picked it up, they were supposed to leave the keys under visor and door unlocked. The keys were left in full view on the drivers seat, with the door locked. My car was still having issues with no power steering on turns, so I took it back. Was told he could get me in in a week! Made an appointment and was sent on my way in an unsafe vehicle. I paid almost $500 for his services and instead of looking at it immediately (it wasn't fixed) I get an appointment in a week? I took it to the guys down the street and they fixed my car for free, that day. It wasn't "fixed" correctly. I feel lucky that nothing happened to me, driving in an unsafe vehicle. Safe yourself the time and the hassle, go down the street! They stand behind their work. Not this place.

They really took care of me. I had a manual clutch problem on a 2003 For Ranger. This is my second visit to Whitney Automotive. Both visits have been superb. They got my truck back to normal and the price was very fair. I recommend them completely. Do not hesitate to give them your business.

Absolutely love this shop!! The owners are amazing folks that care. They were so helpful to me and fast!!! They had me in and out replacing my alternator. I so appreciate yall!! Your shop is my new place. I highly recommend Whitney Automotive.

Nice, honest & overall just great people to work with. 6 years after buying my car my check engine light came on for the first time. My dealership was going to charge me $100 dollars off the bat just to get started on where to fix it. My family recommended this shop so I gave them a try and I’m so glad I did. Ended up costing me the same thing to get the problem completely fixed. Will definitely bring my business back here and recommend them to others! Excellent customer service also.

They helped us during covid when no one else would. They are the only people we take our vehicles to. They never overcharge or misdiagnose and are extremely kind. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Have been using Whitney for a few years,finally found a auto repair shop that I whole heartily trust. Really believe in customer service and you can trust what Michael tells you. They know how to be honest, , truthful and dependable. Characteristics that other places need to emulate to be successful. Will have my business any time I need auto work. THEY KNOW HOW IT IS DONE TO BE SUCCESSFUL!!!

Love, love this place. They're efficient and honest. I had a car years ago actually break down near the shop; they drove to me to get it running long enough to get to the shop. Recently, another mechanic was doing an inspection for us and failed my car for numerous reasons. The other mechanic also generated a list of items they'd 'fix' for me so it would pass... I declined, took it to Whitney's and they thoroughly checked everything on the car and it passed just fine. This was super important to me as it's going to my teenage daughter. It ended up costing me a fraction of what the other mechanic was charging, and since Whitney's has fixed several vehicles for me before with no issues, I trust their work!

The best automotive mechanic shop ever. Shelby and Mike were great to work with. They made the entire experience super easy. Cost was very reasonable, and the quality of work is fantastic. The entire experience couldn't have been better!

I am so happy I found Whitney Automotive. They do amazing work for a very fair price with great turn around times. I actually enjoy bringing my cars to get worked on because I'm so confident in the work and value, something I have never had with a mechanic before.

I can't give a complete detail because my vehicle is still in the shop.....but I did get a phone call and he explained everything in detail the best customer service from an automotive place I have ever been..... He even took pictures of my problem....that's a A++++ from me. Thanks for everything.
