If I could rate a 0.5 I would. Worst customer service ever . Specially by a representative they have there she is a short Hispanic lady really really short black hair, older lady. There was three things that happen that make the back look bad 1) she made a rude comment that everyone hear it she stated “ people need to count their money to make our job easier and not waist our time” 2) A customer was getting upset with another representative, the representative calm down the situation and this lady thought it was ok for her to tag team the customer when she was all ready ok customer got more upset because she felt gang up 3) this happened to me. I brought up some coins to the bank that my grandmother wanted me to cash in. I brought it up to her and she counted and ask me if I knew how much it was I told her no that it was for my grandma I was not sure I just want to cash them out, she rolled her eyes at me then ask if I bank account with Welles Fargo. I told her that I don’t she stated that I need to have a bank account in order for me to do that. She made my sister drive all the way out there and for us to get back in line. We got another representative and she did not even ask us nothing no information nor if we had a bank account. I’ve never banked in Welles Fargo and after all that I will never bank with them. As a person that works has worked in customer in person and through telecommunication. This place need to speak to there representatives.

By far the absolute slowest bank I have ever banked with. No need of going in because it takes literally forever. I have never seen so many ppl working and not getting anything done to help but. Saying we’ll be with you soon and soon turns into 30 minutes later

Made an appointment twice. The first time they tried to say we were at the wrong branch until we showed the confirmation texts. We waited over 30 minutes. The second time the appointment was made by another banker so we wouldn't have any issues. They told us the appointment was booked properly and refused to see us after we waited over 20 minutes.

I was in here for a wire transfer and the lady I got was a Hispanic in her 50’s, black hair, kind of tanned skin around 5’3 tall (I’m only describing her because I know someone can confuse her with another Hispanic and I’ve never had any problems with any other workers there) I’ve had this lady help me a few times on other occasions as well. Today I came for a wire transfer and I know I was going to pay $40 for it but she practically pushed me to do it online for $20. When I was doing it she made me feel like I was dumb and didn’t know how to read. Tell me things like “what does that say” “optional” “well that means you don’t got to do it”. Then I was asking her question and her response was “that’s why you’re doing it online to take full responsibility of your own”. For 1. Lady I came here so you could do it for me cause I don’t even know what I’m doing. 2. I told you it was okay for me paying the extra $40 and you still pushed me to do it online. 3. You practically pushed me to do it online and told me you’d help me and you were on your computer THE WHOLE TIME and it looked like you got mad every single time I asked you a question. I’m very upset with how she made me feel with her attitude its always so bad. I was here the day before and Taylor helped me with the transfer, she was very very sweet and nothing like this lady that helped me today. Taylor did exactly what I asked her and she offered the app but when I told I tried and was having problems she did it for me and took her time. Please look into this because it is not okay to make customers feel this way.

Horrible place!!! Rude customer service! Went thru drive thur to tell me I have to come in to cash a check with a teller? What is the person at the drive thru are they not tellers??? Just very inconvenient!!!!!

I expressed that my account was hacked after banking with them since 1998 and was told they couldn't see me, that I had to book an appointment! I understand we are dealing with COVID but there was also only one other customer in the branch to be seen and at minimal of 3 inside tellers, NOT including the tellers that were at the windows. They were staffed enough to be able to handle my transactions. Very inconsiderate considering the facts that I presented to them. I will never be back to that branch and I will not sludge that anyone else do either. If you are looking for a bank that cares go to the State Employee bank. I went there next to handle all needed steps to move everything over with out any delays and had wonderful customer service!!
