We had a quick, painless and great experience with Steven at the Kannapolis webuyanycar.
He was great to work with and explained the process step by step. We got a solid check for our car and the entire process was less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend trying this out versus CarMax and others

Overall good experience. I'm giving the 5 stars because Steven was great, very personable and professional. I am disappointed that my offer came down $300 ($8100 offer) on "fee's" that I feel should have been disclosed upon receiving the online and before making the appt to deliver the vehicle. The vehicle was in almost mint condition. I could have sold it to another buyer for the same price but decided it wasn't worth it to waste more of my time. Think about it, if you have hundreds if not thousands of branches taking in thousands of cars a week, the $300+ adds up for the company. Just know the offer being initially made will more than likely not end up what you are expecting it to be.

Steven, was so amazing, very personable and very respectful of our property. He explained the entire process and great details. He did indicate that due to the age and condition of my automobile I may not get the desired amount. Very genuine and very caring. His demeanor will allow you to easily transition from something that's very important to you to knowing that even though it's going to its final resting place it's still okay to let go. Thanks for all you've done for us.

I had a great experience, selling my Chevy equinox to we buy any cars. This is my second time selling a vehicle to this location and the process was smooth. The representative was very friendly and it didn’t take a long time.
