Many options for a discount shop. Was only able to find about 3 options fabric wise, we have cats. The sales associate could answer all questions about fabric, size, door allowance needed, etc. I'm the end we found a sofa on Facebook Marketplace.

They aren't pushy as far as sales and give you time to make a decision. Adam is good to work with. I bought a chest and it matches my bedroom perfectly and appears to be good quality. Delivery was good as well.
