Not satisfied at all with this location. Furthermore, even the customer service personnel especially a one Muhammad stated that he notified the location to deliver my order and he also did a refund on my order because I waited a hour and a half past the designated time for my pickup which is not something that should happen. It seems the entire staff and it's customer service have all just started to slack off and just begun to do the bare minimum to empty parking spaces and to get people off the phone because ,upon further inquiry I was informed none of the things he said he was going to do happened except a 10.00 promo code was done. Subsequently, the next customer service individual that I finally chatted with simple stated that this Muhammad didn't do anything or make any notations on my account. To make matters worse I was home waiting on the groceries to be delivered and the customer service personnel said that I had to go get it myself and he had no idea what I was talking about and that Muhammad made no notation on my account at ALL. I AM LIVID!!l

Please check and be mindful of how your groceries are packaged. I use Walmart grocery pickup and the cheese was molded and several other items were damaged. So, please check your food before leaving the premises because on more than one occasion the fruit was expired as well and the salad was past expiration date was wilted and brown. Subsequently, this tells me that the Walmart shopper cared more about filling the order than the quality of the products.

The employees are so rude, I have never came in here without a rude employee. I know ya'll don't care because you will get money anyways. Bad management all around. I work in the service industry and if we treated people this way we would be closed! But it doesn't matter to big cooperate!

I have never been this frustrated. We were out as a family. We inquired about getting an oil change. We were advised it would be 30 minutes. An hour and a half later we were advised they spilled oil and had to clean it up. The then advised it would not be $44.00 but 2.9 additional quarts so it would be $59.99. Please don’t waste your time here or money. They lack courtesy and have yet to apologize. Oh we don’t have a supervisor on duty was their response. Just call corporate.

Absolutely terrible experience with grocery delivery.
We tried a few more times, it has just gotten worse and worse. No longer going to get groceries from this awful establishment.
Last time, we were missing ALL of our frozen goods. We haven't gotten our milk on MULTIPLE occasions. The time after, half our crap was squished, and the lettuce was gross and rubbery. Today, the tuna package we got was bloated (botulism?????) Who in their right mind would pick that item for our groceries? It feels malicious, lazy and/or stupid. And the picker "couldn't find" a substituion for my creamer. What? There's like 50 different creamers at Walmart. They just were lazy and didn't want to try and get me to approve or suggest a substitution.
This place is awful.
