Ordered 5 different Canvas prints. 1 had a ink mark on the front, Luis the manager tried to tell me that I put the marks on the canvas that I picked up. That's not a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Calling a customer a liar is not the way to keep business. How did he get the manager position? Will never give this location any more business. Do better Walgreens

The man who is managing their needs to be fired me and my mom always go there and he never wants to take anybody he is always sitting down and we called up their to talk about merchandise and he had such a bad attitude he told us to come to the store ourselves to see.The store could be better without him

the cashier James is rude as hell, has harassed my stepdad 2 times now. Had to call the manager twice now because of how he acts. Manager on duty tonight was so so sweet though.

Don't ever buy any gift cards from this store. I bought a 225.00 Apple gift card and when my family member went to use it it was denied. The store refused to give me another card or return my money. I contacted apple and they told me to contact the store and they should be able to help me and they refused.I contacted their customer service and they took two weeks to tell me I am not getting my money back. They researched the card and has the name of the person who somehow stole the numbers but they can't give me the crooks name as They have protect their privacy, can you imagine that. The crook keeps the money and I got nothing. Stay away from buying gift cards from this store.

I should not have to call every Walgreens pharmacy to see if they have my prescription. The pharmacy should be doing it. I should not have to call my doctor for them to send my prescription to another Walgreens pharmacy if one Walgreens doesn’t have it. The pharmacy should be sending it. This has got way out of control. Americas drug epidemic problems isn’t my problem.

Never had an issue here. Pharmacy has always been a good experience. Sometimes the lines can be long but overall the staff have always been nice and helpful.

My son cut his arm open and getting here in five minutes before they closed. They already had the doors locked, and as I showed them my bleeding son, they just looked at me and shook their heads. No. Terrible service and horrible people working here.

Im a 24 year old veterinary nurse, and it can definitely be some strenuous work, so when I was having some pain in my upper left arm and feeling dizzy, I didn’t think anything of it, but my coworkers recommended I check my BP before I try to continue working just in case my symptoms were trying to indicate something more serious.They were only 2 minutes up the street so I came here. Unfortunately they said they don’t keep their BP machine since Covid, which is understandable. I asked if I bought one from the store if someone could do it for me, they told me that I could buy one, sit in their waiting room and do it myself.It seemed like they clearly weren’t interested in helping, so I went to the Harris teeter pharmacy instead and they came from behind the counter and checked my BP with a handheld, no questions asked. To my surprise I actually was severely hypertensive and in a bit of a crisis so I needed to be seeking medical attention asap, not driving around and searching for a pharmacy that might actually be willing to help. In comparison to the other pharmacy, I was able to recognize how they should’ve done better.
