I agree with the people. The pharmacy is the absolute worst. But don't go to CVS because their even worse. The place is expensive however they have everything you need.

The worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Samantha and Breeze need to find a new job. When I walked in the store, Kayla was up front at the register, I said hello, it's a monsoon and she refused to speak, acknowledge me, nothing. Kayla looks to be uneducated and is extremely rude. When I get to the back, the girls were all in the pharmacy area, laughing, cutting up and doing nothing, especially Samantha. There was a line 5 deep and she finally wobbled her self over to the register to help. I asked where a particular product was, she never moved, never attempted to help me, just plain rude. As I'm walking back to pay for the item and request my prescription, Samantha walks off as though she had nothing to do. I then had to stand in the line again and when I get to Breeze and asked about my prescription that I called in at 9:00 AM, it's now 1:30, it's not ready. I told them that I had been on vacation and had ran out of a medication, Samantha told me it would be ready at 11:30. I'm convinced that Samantha is about as worthless as a $3.00 bill. She has pink hair, lazy, rude, disrespectful, and doesn't know anything about service excellence. After waiting 30 minutes, Breeze, who has the personality of a cockroach stated that my prescription was ready. Never a thank you for your business, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. I'm going to write a review every time I go into this store, call the headquarters and management every time until something is done. This is ridiculous! It is sad that businesses don't pay their employees an appropriate wage then end up with staff that will ultimately cost them their business. Walgreens - DO BETTER

If I could give less stars I would. Everyone in the pharmacy area has an attitude. I can never get my medications on time. They're always out of something because they "don't keep it in stock". When I call during those times to get updates, I'm met with attitude and being told, "Oh it'll be here tomorrow." Tomorrow can take up to 5 days. I switched to Cannon Pharmacy. Absolutely no regrets. I'll never do business with Walgreens for my medications again. Never.

I've been visiting this location for a year now and everyone working the front area has been great. I want to acknowledge one particular worker I dealt with yesterday who was by far just awesome. Great customer service Kim at the photo department!!!

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, as soon as it's my turn (I am the last car and was in line at 8:30pm) they closed the drive thru IN MY FACE then while I was reading the sign that they put up, the person was watching me read and watched me mouth that I had been waiting 30 mins because I was on the phone with the mother of the sick child's medicine that I was picking up. He shrugged his shoulders and closed the blinds on me. Worst walgreens I have ever been to, it took them 30 mins just to go through 5 cars. I wish the other one would open back up on south cannon.

Every time I come to this location employees do not know how to do a return, exchange or just answer a simple question . Kim an employee lied about been a manager when i asked for a manager to help. Train your employees !!! customer service is horrible here.

Pam needs a new job! From the start of my covid testing, Pam was a total witch and please replace that W with a B. She needs to work on her empathy and sympathy skills because right now they suck. Also tell her that Boy George's hairstyle needs to go back to that decade.
