I purchased my Mother of the Bride dress from Virginia's recently. After many purchases elsewhere and many returns, I finally found my perfect dress at Virginia's!! Melanie was so very kind and helpful! She helped put my nerves at ease and helped me find the most beautiful dress I've ever seen! It fit me perfectly and for the first time after many dresses, I felt pretty, and ready for my daughter's wedding! I will be back soon for the rehearsal dinner outfit! I'm so glad a friend recommended me going to Virginia's to look for my dress! I couldn't be happier!!

Shopping at Virginia's is a pleasant experience. The staff is so kind and helpful. All items are organized with sizes displayed. Dressing rooms are available and the store is clean. Parking is available at the rear of the store.

People are very helpful. However, 3 of the garments that I purchased had either missed stitching or thread pulls on them. It's too bad, It's a nice store.

Virginia’s Dress Shop is the first and only place I go to when I need something for a special event. They have a great selection of exquisite outfits for any and every occasion. Melanie has a natural gift of being able to put things together and visualize how they will look. The one on one customer service cannot be beat. I have never walked out empty-handed nor have I ever been disappointed. I always feel so good in any selection from Virginia’s. I have clothes that I bought there 20 years ago that are classic and still in style and have held up well. The clothing quality is superb.

Rebecca the salesclerk is wonderful! She always greets me with the friendliest smile and makes me feel like I’m somebody important when I walk through the doors! I brought my sister who lives in Gastonia to shop there. She was looking for a mother of the groom dress. Rebecca was very attentive and helpful! My sister bought the perfect dress there and is very pleased with both quality of merchandise and customer service! Thanks Rebecca!

I've shopped at Virginia's since the 1970s and the things I've purchased there lasted forever. Anytime I have a special occasion I go to Melanie. She's a pro.
