“In the beginning of the summer our canine Winter was suffering badly with allergies. I had taken her to a local animal hospital and they were putting her on zyrtec, loratadine, and she was not getting better as a matter of fact she was getting worse. Winter wasn't sleeping she wasn't eating she was just licking herself until she was red and raw. The medication that the other vet had me giving her was not working. I didn't know what to do so I called my local Banfield animal hospital in Kannapolis. I went in hoping that this doctor would help Winter with her excessive scratching and licking. Well we met with Dr Paul, he found a flea on her, he alco did a blood test, he put her on the right route to become the Winter that we know and love. She had received a shot of cytopoint and she's now on a tick and flea medication. Absolutely no more scratching no more licking Winter is truly a happy dog now. We also have another dog named Coco and she had a blockage and Dr Paul was beyond terrific and within a couple of days our cocoa was just her happy self. So I just want to say from a grateful fur baby grandma. THANK YOU Dr. Paul!”
