I bought ryobi combo deal with brushless Reciprocating Saw on feb 2022. Fast forward to jan 2023 and after cutting first tree reciprocating saw broke where the front shoe came out. I put it back but it moves now. I went to Home Depot for some help but Home Depot at Kannapolis do not have any technician to check out the tool or tell how to fix or tell cannot be fixed. They asked me to go to Mathews Home Depot where technician will check for 30 dollar. Next option they gave is to call ryobi because I have 3 year warranty. Pissed with Home Depot because Home Depot agent recommended me to buy ryobi which is why I have ryobi trimmer, power driver, reciprocating saw etc. And now they are telling they will discontinue my model reciprocating saw. Advice: 1. Do not listen to what Home Depot salesman recommends 2. Kannapolis Home Depot do not have one technician to tell if the tool is broken, or fixable or not even a problem. Regarding ryobi, I need to call in to find out what will happen with warranty.

I was looking for a 9x7' area rug today. Found exactly what I was looking for. These rugs were all unrolled and lying on a table. All rugs were priced at $196 and $207. The one I chose had a wonderful texture, very soft and smooth-almost felt like velvet. There were 2 rugs with the pattern I chose and 2 more made of same fabric blend but a different color and pattern. Even the backing was the same on both sets of rugs. When I got to register, the price rang up at $289. It was exactly like the other 2 rugs which were marked $196 except the color and pattern were different. Same exact material. . I asked to speak to the manager to correct the price. Stephanie( the manager) refused to honor the price which should have been $196 which was what the other two rugs similar rugs were. They didn't have a tag on them so she denied our request. Needless to say I won't go back to Home Depot.

Rented a truck nearly a MONTH ago and you call THE DAY OF PICK-UP to say it isn't available. I scheduled two days off work, booked a hotel room and hired movers and now I don't have a vehicle to move. Screw you guys for leaving me high and dry. You should be paying me damages for all the trouble you've caused. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING HERE YOU SHOULD CONSIDER YOUR SKETCHY FRIEND INSTEAD. Or maybe Craigslist. Seriously, Penske, you're awful. NEVER. AGAIN.Also: it's not an "upgrade" if the new vehicle no longer fits in the place I need to go. Either do what we agreed or don't agree to it.

Home Depot is in need of an overhaul! Help was very sparse; Although the few employees I encountered were extremely helpful in giving me directions to find certain items and checking me out there's still lots of improvement needed to improve the stores shelf presence. The shelves were poorly stocked and the items that were on the shelves and in the bays were not clearly labeled. Maybe they were waiting on a truck delivery, but as of right now, this was not the store for me.

We drove there from Salisbury to purchase a lawn mower. We had to find someone to help us. They were out of the mower we wanted. I asked can you order it for us and was told I would have to order it on line. I am a older adult and,I do not order on line. It is just not home depot,we got the same treatment at Lowes. Stores wonder why their business is down. Customer service is key to holding on to your business.

Customer service is terrible, not one employee offered to help or asked if we found everything we were looking for. The cashier that attended me was the worst person ever, she seemed so miserable and was so rude. Her name was Linda and she made such a weird, disgusted face at me as I was walking towards the checkout. I will definitely not be coming back to this Home Depot.

I really like Home Depot. I will often go out of my way to shop there but the managment really needs to be honest & not just tell people what they want to hear in order to make a sale. I was trying to find out if they had any paints or carpets made in USA. By the way, after serious research-THEY DO NOT. The carpet sales girl was at least honest, went on line & I was able to see they have plants in many other countries but her manager tried to say they were (because they have a USA corp) The Paint guys said their paints were made in USA, and we don't have any China made paints. Then I wondered why its not on the can like Benjamin Moore's which clearly says USA MADE. I found out that legally they can't say its made in USA if all or most of it is not. PPG used to have a plant nearby but now has plants and even does R&D in China where they require all your data to go to Chinese gov. And Behr cannot say made in USA because they have plants elsewhere and source components elsewhere. I felt as if HD didn't care and just wanted to make a sale. USA made mean USA jobs, we should all care.
