The worst nail salon in Kannapolis. My boyfriend and I came in for basic pedicures and I got a full set with gel polish. They rushed through everything to the point where my feet were not even smooth and my gel polish came off my toes and feet within a couple of days. To add to my frustrations, they charged us $300 before tip!!! A total scam of a business!!

I used to love this place.. but the last couple of times I have been here, they have messed my nails up. They didn't take off all my old polish before applying nails. Looks like a week growth and I just got them done an hour ago. Also my pointer and middle finger are crooked. I paid 60 dollars for these just to fix them myself. I did not leave tip.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! Went for the 1st time yesterday and waited patiently for about 10 mins to be serviced. Then, 2 other clients who didn’t look like me came right after I did and were serviced before me! I gladly put my shoes back on and LEFT. This place should treat EVERY customer that comes in with the upmost respect no matter what color they are. Will NEVER step foot in this place again.

I came here last Friday or Saturday can’t really remember what day it was and this is how my nails look already I called to see if something can be done about it and they want to charge me $5 for each nail. I do not recommend this place I been getting my nails done for years and I work in a warehouse and my nails have never broke and they definitely never lifted like a press on nails and not the mention the paint job was trash! Save your money and go to VIVA NAILS!!!!! Also paid $170 with tip included

It was my first time getting my nails done in 24 years all I wanted was a natural look no polish I didn't know what I was doing and my daughter had to step out so they use that to their advantage put something called gel on my nails that I didn't ask for and charged me $60 for nails that were less than an inch long, and then I was washing dishes and all of them fell off waste of money

Two pedicures, one full set acrylic with gel polish, and my eyebrows waxed. I come here often and many times bring my granddaughters. The because customer service is excellent, and they have a friendly atmosphere and relaxing atmosphere! I highly recommend coming if you're in the area! You want regret it!

I got a pedicure.. I was seat quickly, but the girl did not shape my nails the way I wanted at all and since she filled them another way it was too late for her to redo cause they were all ready cut ..I’m very disappointed in the job very messy and the prices change from when you look online and when you pay … will not be coming back

While this nail salon does an okay job on your nails, the hospitality of the owner and staff have a lot to be desired. Upon going here many times, I realized they push you in and out so quickly that things get sloppy and unprofessional. While my daughter and I were getting full pedicures, my daughter placed her new iPhone onto the side tray of the pedicure lounger and when the technician finished with her set, she quickly flipped the tray to clean and move my daughter to another area. After she flipped the side tray, she tossed my daughter's iPhone onto the floor and it cracked down the front of the screen. The phone did have a protective case but only on the side and back... sadly, not the front. However, upon talking to the owner, he did not care, nor see the concern we had for the new iPhone. He offered no apologies, no discount in service, and NO money to help with repair or replacement. He took no responsibility for his staff. Anything would have been nice to make amends but he just said "So sorry, your daughter should not have put her phone on the side tray". Sadly, we have never been back! :(

Owners wife cut up my niece’s cuticles they were bleeding ! I could hear her saying ouch , ouch !they looked horrible! Still charged full price for the pain she had !!! Never again will I be back !
