Horrible experience with both merchandise and customer service. I go to this smoke shop once a week on my way home from work to buy two vapes. The last two times I have been there, they have sold me a nonworking vape. The first week, I chopped it up as a defect and personal loss and left it at that. The second one though, was too much. I returned it there in the original box, with the receipt. It was obvious it did not work as it lit up full battery and juice, but did not give any smoke. At all. I politely requested an exchange. The old lady working behind the counter stated I should have opened it in the store and tried it. I don't open my cereal in the store and try it... This place will no longer get my business, and I recommend to anyone reading this, they don't deserve your money either.

Prices are great costumer service is amazing. Chela is the best she’s always there to share a laugh and catch up for a bit. Best spot in town by far.

I have been going to this tobacco shop for about three years and they are always very kind and helpful. They know about the products they are selling and will tell you what everybody likes or dislikes. Sheila is literally the best person that works the here. She’s always there. She literally deserves the biggest raise ever. I never go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s only Tobacco shop that I will shop at. Chela is amazing with everything she does! She has amazing customer service and knows exactly what’s she’s talking about and looking for everytime. You can never go wrong when doing business there! Highly recommend 10/10

Just called for a price on carton of cigarettes and was told can't give prices over the phone and hung up on me!! Not good for business forsure. Sadly this was my favorite vape shop up until new.ownership.

This is probably the best Vape shop around Kannapolis. The woman in there is very Nice and helpful. They always have what I need no matter what it is. Just a big variety of Vape juices, cigars and tobacco items in general. Not to mention that they have a good stock of coils as well.You won’t be disappointed.
