They are very unprofessional and that store was more like a 3 ring circus. The staff was standing around laughing at people and making faces behind their backs. I will never be back there again.

Toni was amazing, she went above standard measures for me and my fiancé by staying open 15 mins later to assist with upgrading and adding a line. This may seem small, but being that we were turned away by a different employee yesterday and having to come back to the store today. Toni keep up the outstanding customer service and thank you again.

I switched from spectrum today because all they knew how to do was raise prices. Called Cs several times to get one of the deals they have been offering in the mail which say I qualify only to be told I didn't. I have used them for 7 days of my billing cycle which from my calculations would be 27 dollars. They CS rep. said I have to pay for the whole 30 days 23 of which I canceled. It is amazing to me that if you lose internet service for maint ,or other issues that are not your fault they don't credit you account for those lost days of service. Spectrum will NEVER see a dime of my money again. wouId please me if others did the same. They do not deserve customer loyalty

Long waits, poorly trained staff. Make sure you have a couple of hours to waste and low blood pressure before even walking in!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would never recommend. The amount of issues I’ve had dealing with them for the past 6 year is exactly the reason I would never get their service for my own family. You have the store hours of the spectrum in Kannapolis NC as opening at 10 yet everytime I come here they are never open on time. The service its self is terrible as well. This is the most incompetent Company ever.

I visited the Kannapolis Store today. This location does not even deserve 1 star!
I checked in and said my visit was for "mobile" services. There were no other options as to what I was exactly there for.
(which was to disconnect my mobile service from a tablet that somehow I got roped into when initially getting cable/internet)
There were 4 associates however, only 2 assisting customers. There were 12 customers waiting!
After waiting almost an hour I was called up only to be told they only handle "new mobile service" and I had to call a help line. The associate chuckled when I asked why I waited for so long if they couldn't assist me. I said a few choice words walking out the door.
I'm very thankful to the customer service gentleman by the name of Brandon that quickly helped me! He was very nice and pleasant.
DO BETTER SPECTRUM!
