Services is great but need more product on shelves for customers to purchase. Didn’t have what I needed. Would not like to have to go elsewhere for my product. PLEASE CARRY MORE VARIETY
Stylist: Lisa did such an awesome job. Very polite and knowledgeable. She has been doing my hair for quit some time and always fixed me up to look my best.

Made an 1 pm appt. Online, called to confirm, lady said it was not on her list, she made me a 2 pm the same day as my earlier one, I got there at 1:45 pm,she had just started flat ironing a lady, I clocked in, 30 minutes before she said hello,and I sat were she could see me,,I set there til 3 pm and she was still doing the same women's hair, triming it, then started curling, come on now, should had waited on me, but did not. Very poor service, and shop was nasty,never will come there again, never. again. Never...

I made an appointment for my daughter and because her hair was too hard to get tangles out the lady as rude as could be said ma’am I can’t do her hair basically calling me a liar that I brushed my daughters hair . Beyond disappointed

I booked an appointment online, arrived on time to find that the stylist was not there. I went home, called 30 minutes after my appointment, the stylist said she overslept. I went back, the stylist was putting her eyelashes on and ignoring me until finished. Bad experience and haircut.

I walked in and made my Mom an appointment for that same day. When I came back to check her in the girl said she didn’t have us down for an appointment and couldn’t do her hair. She is the one who was asked if she could do her hair but then lied and said she couldn’t when we came back. Then said she didn’t remember talking to us. So My Mom who is 83yrs old and doesn’t get out much was very upset she didn’t get her hair done. This is definitely not good customer service!!

Jaimie Jarvis Is beyond awesome!!!! I messed my hair up bad by dying it and she really saved it! It was a mess but she worked her magic and it turned out way better then I hoped it would! I walked in asking if they would do a haircut for my 18 month son and one of the ladies was asked if she would like to do it… mind you there was nobody there and she was sitting doing nothing her reply was OH NO! Mind you my 18 month old doesn’t do the best when it comes to haircuts which was another question they asked but regardless he needs a haircut…. Not professional at all… what place of business turns away customers
