I had a great experience. MUCH cheaper than the alternatives and quality work. I watched: they torqued the lug nuts to spec, topped off the spare tire before putting it back in the trunk and were fast and polite. Would recommend

Just had 2 new tires put on the front of my car, they rotated and balanced the rear tires and I got a great deal on some Goodyear tires! It pays to be a PLUS member. And Jef Powell and his team are amazing. In an out in 30 mins.

I must admit, I am rather new to Sam's Club. I've always dismissed it as a bulked up Walmart, but it deserves more credit than that. I just got a membership in January and I have used it every month since then. Today I was able to grab two absolutely beautiful HBCU Dolls for my little nieces Christmas gifts. I fell in love with them and grabbed them along with fruits, fabric softeners and other sundries. There is a sample machine which dispensed a popcorn sample so I could nosh. It's not a complete home run though. Sadly, their baked goods aren't on par with BJ's, but the meat value, product selection and snack bar surpasses BJ's and makes shopping here more fun. Having said that customer service is fairly lacking. Each time I have needed the customer service desk, I have had a lengthy wait time of at least 15 minutes. Today I watched a man drive up and down the aisle in a fork lift for about 10 minutes straight. The place looked a mess! This location has recently reduced the number of cashiers and patrons are now forced to check themselves out. Three and a half stars, because I hope they will do better.

Can only speak on the tire and battery services. Its is phenomenal!! Ive had prompt service when arriving for appointments or walk in. This place also answers the phone.Very knowledgeable staff ; they take the time to explain what your paper work means and if needed answer any questions you have. I recommend this place over in sams club in Charlotte area. Never had to wait more than 5 mins to be serviced and they are quick and efficient. I spend more time at discount tire than i do here. Kenneth , Chris , Jeff , and Sam at sams club kannapolis are the best. I'll literally come back here for all tire maintenance. They also take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and never upsell you. They also looked online and found the cheaper price than the sticker price. Like omg they are so great!!!

I have recently became a Sam's club member expecting a good shopping experience since we pay to shop here. Little did I know it is a terrible place to spend your money. The food court was disgusting, garbage everywhere, the soda fountains don't work, they have been flat for months. The checkout line for the cafe will take more than 40 minutes to buy a simple hotdog. Do the managers not care about speedy service? The cafe workers said their dough was frozen and would not have any pizza ready for more than an hour. I had an order for our church that needed to be made that afternoon. I requested the manager Terence and he never came to assist me as a paying customer. Sam's club need to train their employees better as it seems the managers don't even know how to run their own department.

I would leave ZERO STARS if it were possible. Was at this store on Saturday Oct 22; there was ONLY ONE REGISTER OPEN other than self-checkout. Sorry, I don't do self check out ~ I don't work work for Sam's nor any other store that has self-Check out. The line for this one open register was stretched back across the entire store. I called customer service to ask why they only had one open & was greeted with a very smart-ass lady that told me she didn't have anything to do with that. I then asked for a manager: After being on hold for 10 & 1/2 min, someone picked up the phone & hung it up. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. How can you only have ONE REGISTER OPEN ON A SATURDAY?????? How can an employee hang up the phone while I am on hold waiting for a manager?!?! Terrible. I will be taking my business elsewhere -- COSTCO sounds pretty good about right now.

I had a 4:00p.m. appointment for a tire rotation and line up. I showed up and the had just went to lunch?!? Why make an appointment. My time is valuable also! I am going out of town and need this done desperately. So with no place to sit in the automotive section I stand here and wait!? I hope the service is better.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jill at the Sam's deli in Kannapolis. When there was a problem with our deli order last weekend, she went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had something comparable to replace the original item we'd ordered for my daughter's graduation party later that day. Because of her fabulous customer service and kindness that day (as well as that of the other employees), the Kannapolis Sam's will be our first choice for a Sam's shopping trip!

Best sams!! Always in stock!! But I kinda hate the cafe they always don't have ice cream but until the worker I hated lost there job I think.. everything is back! Everyone is kind to you:)

Went to this locations on 4/30/22 and while paying they told us we had to renew our membership. My mom had just renewed it for $14.99 but the costumer service rep who sold her the upgrade premier membership misinformed her and or lied to her about the cost. Thankful our cashier told us what happened and couldn't have been more helpful. The manager comes over and was rude, and blamed the confusion on "new employee." Well a new employee who is signing people and taking their money should know more and not fool people into spending money. So basically Sams got an extra 15 bucks and we still have to renew. We wont be. This location made TWO members cancels their membership.

I have been a Sam's Club member for 31 years. Initally, they were staffed to rotate your tires in a minimum wait time. Now, you schedule your tire rotation and are no longer considered a valued member. If you come early and they are not busy you have to wait. Friends of staff seem to have special prevlidges, and an get ahead of you. Some how you can get bumped. Understaffing could be the root cause or it could be a lack diversity in staff. What ever the problem its broke.

This Sam's Club is very well-stocked. The one caveat is I ordered online for a pickup. Arrived a day early so we decided to cancel the pickup order items and just shop in person. All items were available and totaled north of $400. Issue was Corporate maintained the hold for several days. Spent 400 in store and additional 400 was pending for about 7 days. Lesson learned: pay attention to date and not cancel orders. Other than that, typical warehouse store; store is well-stocked; large car park; a host of other stores in surrounding area.

Over an hour to change a battery, if my old one wasn't dead I would have gone back to my house and changes it myself. I understand that someone had an appointment for a tire change, but he was late and thre battery change would have taken 5 minutes.
