Great selection, they had a good amount of items that fit, which is hard to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was great.

Although I found everything I needed for my husband 50th Birthday the service at checkout was Horrible!!!! They have a cashier there not only gave me the middle finger but threw my recipe at me and had a terrible sense of humor. He was very distasteful in how his approach was in give the service of checking out my merchandise. I don't know if the other employee was his boss, but she did nothing to intervene with the back and forth between him and I. I will never go back there.

My grandmother and I decided to go here to purchase curtain rods for a project we're working on. Everything was fine other than the cashier who checked us out was a male, clearly on drugs. He was covered in bloody spots all over his arms and you could tell they were fresh. He also picks his nails while he's checking you out making them bleed and there is fresh blood sitting all in the crevices of his finger nails. We haven't shopped here in forever and surely will not be going back. You can find the same stuff else where without the drugged up cashier.

Standing outside with 5 other people at 10:05am on Sunday, May 7th 2023 watching the cashier lady walk around talking on the phone not opening the store! Idk what's going on, why they aren't opening but she could at least come out here and tell us if there's a legitimate reason they aren't open when Google says the store is currently open! This is ridiculous ?

I have to agree that Our store is a good place to shop! Also i wanted to say....we have had some issues with vandalism & such in our restrooms so... we have had days that our restrooms were closed but we try to keep our store neat and welcoming. I want to personally apologize to you all who may have had a bad experience here...I know we have areas we could improve on but for the most part our prices and products are worth the trip. I hope you give us a second chance and if you ask for me personally I will make sure you find everything you are looking for & help you to see that our store is not a bad place to shop!...have a merry Christmas! Thanks for shopping with us! Ps. Im not the manager or owner but i take pride in my job...im just a regular hourly employee ?Edit: I no longer work here and have no relationship with this company

Roses has GREAT prices & for the value you can buy a lot @ their stores. However, I take senior citizens shopping & some are on meds that require a bathroom be accessible. This location CLOSED their bathroom, had to leave &search for a BATHROOM!! This is WRONG & unfair to elderly and/or disabled customers.

Closed when I got there at 9:30 that was no problem just went to Gabe's to hang out until they opened at 10:00 doors were still locked so I guess their so called manager came to the door and informed us that she could not open the door until her help got there and she was late by this time a pretty good size line had formed and just like everywhere else we started talking about manager should have had back up well to end this story inside the store she walked up tó my husband and myself for us not to be cussing her employees if there was a problem she would handle it it was her job nobody cussed her cashier and this so called manager should have never spoke to us in this way so I'm still waiting for the real manager this lady should be fired right this minute

Love Roses store but hate that they don't have any help when it comes to check out! My sister and I went in the store Feb 22,2023 and shopped around quite a while. Had our buggy full and headed to the check out. One lady at cash register. 3 other people standing around and the line was outrageous . Did anyone of those other 3 open a register,? No! One walked off, one stood at the side like they were lost and the other one started folding clothes for the one cashier. I was aggravated about no one caring that the line was wrapped around to the electronic section. I parked my full buggy to the side and my sister and I left the store!! No excuse for making people wait when there could have been at least 2 registers going. Shows poor teamwork to me. I will be back because I love that store, but hopefully this will get management on the ball. Open up the register's and more money will be brought in. Lost 2 good sale's yesterday.! Just saying!!

I went into the Cloverleaf Plaza store on 12/31 around l0:30 am and the cashier was absolutely rude. I needed change to tip my nail tech (located next door) so I figured I would buy something in Roses and get cash back. Well the cashier told me that they don't do cash back, but then she had the nerve to loudly tell me that they don't take EBT. That would have been fine, if I actually had an EBT card, but I did'nt. I'm not sure why she felt the need to say that when I had a debit card.

Really awesome for a discount store. It is fairly organized most of the time. Getting through the different racks can be a little bit of a challenge if you are in a wheelchair just as a gentle warning. There are larger aisles to be able to get around but not necessarily through every part of the store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, I love that I can always find some awesome deals.
