We went here for the first time and had a great experience. Very honest feedback and up front on what work is needed and what it will cost. Work was complete in a very timely manner. Very clean and professional environment. They also text back and forth with you, which is nice during the work day. We will return and call on Raitz again.

Honest shop! My boyfriend got his car serviced here first, & they did a great job & got his car fixed within a few days. The following week my car also had an issue & I came straight here! The two people upfront were so nice & gave really great customer service. They got my car up & running within 24 hours. I highly recommend this shop!

My wife and I had a great experience with Raitz. They completed the work in a timely manner and the price was fair and reasonable. They seem like honest, hardworking folks and they are an independent business which we prefer over chains and dealerships. We recently moved to Kannapolis so we feel fortunate to have found them. I would highly recommend them whenever you need auto repairs or service. We won’t go to any chain 30 minute oil change place again. Thank you Raitz and Randy!

Honest mechanic shop. Not a joke. Customer service is excellent. I still think there are good people out there and I am proven right again. My first time here I walk in thinking my brakes are bad. I tell them to spend up to 1000 and you don't need my approval. I also wanted oil change and inspection. To my surprise, they called and the brakes were fine and the inspection passed. They could have easily replaced the brake pads. It is a 2004 CRV so something could at least marginally need replacing. Instead, they diagnosed, found nothing wrong, and let me know. A1 work and service on my 2004 Chevy Impala. Haven't had any issues since. Waiting on my 2004 Nissan Frontier to be completed. Broke timing belt and bent valve rods and whatever else I find. Should last another 20yrs when it's all done.

This shop offers the best customer service ever!! I first came here a couple months ago when my car stalled in the middle of the road and I needed a tow. I called countless shops and they were the only one that would be able to run a diagnostic on my car that next day. I got it towed there and they were so kind and professional! Randy is truly the best. He made me feel so comfortable, offered me something to drink and explained their process thoroughly. They reached out the next day and let me know what the issues were and gave me an estimate before purchasing parts and beginning repairs. I really appreciated them confirming the charges with me as I was on a budget. I got my car back two days later and the technician was actually there to explain everything in detail. Randy and the nice lady at the desk even gave me a list of restaurants to try as I am new in the area. I will continue to frequent this shop as they are honestly the best! 10/10 highly recommended!
