I have been coming here for years and will never take my car to anyone else except for Quality Motors. Being a female, it can be intimidating to walk into a car garage. I feel respected and not taken advantage of here. Prices are great, customer service is top notch!!

Don't get inspection rt after installation of a new battery, unless you want to get cursed about. Kenttrina, you should go when she's not doing inspections. Apparently another great inspection location (Brother's Tire and Auto) told me you have to drive vehicle 25 plus miles after installation of a new battery. Luckily the drive there from Quality Tire was enough to get my car inspected. All the guys at Quality are wonderful, watch out for Kenttrina.

I woke up on Dec 23rd with a very low tire. Brought the car here. There's a screw in the tire. No replacement in stock. They said tire was plugged. And, should hold until Monday. We'll, turns out the tire was never plugged. I have the tire and the screw. Came back here to speak to the manager. The big red head guy basically called me a liar. And, turned his back on me.

Went to get a plug in my tire on Dec 23rd. Left to go to work and had a blowout about 15 miles away. Just thought it just would not hold a plug. Went on Dec 27th to have tire replaced and found out it was never plugged. Went back there after I had my tire replaced and the guy working basically called me a liar and I must have had another tire replaced. So I went back to other place and got the tire to prove it was the same tire and he told me he was not going to argue with me. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE !!!!
