Customer service definitely sucks, the 2 guys that were there were acting like we were getting on their nerves. They barely even talked they just sit there looking annoyed, they gave us very little information about the car i would suggest new salesman also Had us waiting for about a hr on a car we told him we were coming to test drive the day before should be no excuse on why we are sitting around waiting on something you’ve been known about. Someone had to be in the car with us when test driving, & literally took us around the block how are we supposed to see how it drives if you only let us test drive it for 5 mins? Definitely would not recommend & will never be back.

I felt like I was buying a car from my family. He is a honest , trust worthy person. He sold me a Honda Civic and I couldn't be happier so far. Definitely became a customer for life. ???

The cars are great used cars. I have owned 3 and have never had any issues out of any of them. Easy financing and reasonable prices. The owner is very kind and has always went out of his way to help me find just the right one in my price range.

Please please don't ever buy or make payment from this dealership, I had my car no more than 2 months and I had 9 problems out of it all they do when they fix it is put use part on it and then the paint is cheap and they want too much for a car that's not worth the money this is by far the worst dealership in kannapolis and concord they car a rip of Stay Away From here new buyers and older buyers

One star is too many. These are the absolutely worst "business men" I've ever heard of. If you buy a car from this dealership you are asking for tons of trouble. They take advantage of people and have zero business ethics!!!!!! Please please please don't do business with this lot. Go to cauble auto sales in Kannapolis if you want to deal with a buy here pay here place that will take care of you. Phoenix only takes advantage of you. Total waste of money and time.
