BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!! total crooks! i bought vehicle. i had heart attack the same day. when i drove my car & it over heated i took it back, they kept it over a week and said they fixed problem. due to my health condition i drove only a few miles at a time. family went on camping trip to lake pethel in creswell nc. im on the side of the road because of over heating. now my car is in storage in rocky mount nc. i put it in storage so it would not get towed. i had 2 differe

Be honest, own your crap and be mindful if you are selling a "fixer-upper" as you call it to someone who cannot fix it on their own. I mean, really? The first one I bought was only good AFTER my mechanic did alot of work on the engine. The second one, my daughter bought and it was the biggest piece of crap ever! No I won't be back. Mostly because the of fake persona they like to portray. Every business is in it to make a profit. The good ones know how to keep customers! Obviously being in business sine 1954 only means something IF it is the same person the entire time. Obviously it is not the same person.

What to say. I've bought several cars from them. And I have to say that they were really good to me at first. Even when I fell quite behind, they gave me a chance to get caught back up. Then I had bought another vehicle from them and in the end, it needed lots of repairs that I couldn't afford to have done. With no other option, I sent it back. Yes, I did owe them money when I sent it back.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I bought a 1985 Ford Bronco II not even a month ago. April 27th would mark a month of owning the truck. This was the second car we have ever bought. We bought my first car from here and it was a good one so we went back. Boy was that a mistake! The truck has been issues since a few hours after purchase. The life of my husband, myself and family dog was put in jeopardy when the brakes went out in the middle of the highway despite it "passing" inspection. We paid $2,500 plus labor (which Darvin did discount for us to $40 an hour) for a truck that we hoped would get us to point A to B for at least a few months. We were aware that the truck was going to be a COSMETIC project car but these mechanical issues should have been disclosed. We spent our ENTIRE savings on that car. We needed time to build it back up before we could start on removing the carpet, making it water tight, replacing the windshield wipers, etc. But we weren't given that. We were sold this car under false pretenses. And now that we just can't afford to replace the starter, flywheel, and transmission we asked if they could buy it back for anything really. We just wanted at least some of our savings back so we could try to find another car that would be reliable. They refused. I cannot believe this of a FAMILY OWNED "CHRISTIAN" BUSINESS!!! I guess I just got super super lucky on my first car I bought from them. I will NEVER go back there again. I am dumbfounded and astounded at this kind of treatment. I just hope someone else doesn't fall for this same scam. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau too. You cannot do this to people and get away with it.

My husband got a truck from there and we didn't have it 24hrs and the s*** broke down on the way home. Then they didn't what to fix it. Then tryi g to make us pay for it to be fix and a car payment never again
