My first time taking my long haired German Shepard. The owner greeted me at the car. My dog never goes to anyone!! He went right with Tommy and never looked back at me. Was very pleased with his bath and deshedding trim.

Had an appointment for this morning at 9am for my two dogs . Drove there this morning, no answer at the door and phone calls were not answered . Pretty disappointing.

The guy took 3 hours just to give my dog a bath, and lost her harness. He never replaced it.

Time to think about grooming, BUT this time it won't be with Tommy at p & c... :( Back in Jan. '20, bailey was hurting so bad and bleeding on face, neck and leg after grooming. Have pictures to remind & share if requested. Great price- terrible , inhumane cut, literally. 3rd time out of 10 or 12 with cuts, but this the worst. I Do not recommend!

NEVER TAKE YOUR FUR BABY OR BABIES!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Very unprofessional from the start! This was a last resort appointment and it was the worst mistake!! My husband told the groomer (male) our baby has kennel anxiety and epilepsy 3 TIMES before the appointment. The groomer also asked for reference pictures which were sent to the groomers phone. My husband dropped him off and told me he started shaving him around 11 am. He completely ignored the photos and shaved him almost to his skin. I arrive to the shop at 12:40 and find my baby on the table ALONE. He was half shaved shaking by himself. Any dog can accidentally step off the table and hang themselves without proper supervision. I walk around the building and find him smoking with "his mother". He walks up to me and tells me he has about another 30 minutes. After another 5 minutes of smoking he comes back inside and I follow him and wait inside. He then tells me to step out. I called my husband to meet me at the shop. The train passes by very loud and close to the shop. We wait another hour and fifteen minutes and so furious I just wanted to pay and take my baby in the current condition he was in. When we went inside for the last time he forgot who our dog was and argued with my husband. When we asked for our baby he forgot which one was ours and put him in the kennel. PLEASE FIND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THEIR CLIENTS!

I do not recommend! My dog got butchered instead of groomed. I seriously don't even think she got a bath either. She looked dirty but smelled of perfumed spray. Totally disgusted!!! I had to put one star to even post this.

I always call before dropping my English Bulldog and Chihuahua off and Tommy always says bring them down! They are upfront with how long it will take and even if it's a short wait and your running errands and your running a little late they never have an issue. They have always been great to deal with and are good with my dogs. I would definitely recommend them for their service and their pricing! They are good people! And one more thing yes it is a small little place but it is always kept up and clean when I go in. Hope this helps when making your decision
