Had my wedding in May, and the week of there was several issues. Out of my party of 8, FIVE had issues with either their jacket, shirt, or vest being way too small. One specifically said he was a 44 regular jacket and they gave him a 40.. Felt bad for my guys having to pay $250 for lackluster service. We were able to get things managed but had to jump through too many unnecessary hoops. 3 out of 5 stars. Communication is their strong suit, I did hear from employees that a few other parties had issues around this time. Caroleyna was a pleasure to work with, giving this the 3 stars. Thank you for trying to put out the fire. Would recommend to work directly with her.

We used Mr Tuxedo for our wedding. Everything went perfect. My first tux was too big since I lost significant weight after my measurements. But it was no problem and the next day the new tux was in and it fit like a glove. The whole team was awesome, and Dutch was a huge help for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would! I rented a suit from this place for $200! Brought the suit back in time & I remember clearly putting the buttons inside suit once I get there I seen the gentleman toss something over while he’s checking the suit making sure everything is there & then tries to act like the buttons were never there charging me $15!!! Don’t purchase anything from this place all they do is try to take your money!

Mr. Tuxedo provides excellent quality suits at the best price. I have used the three times and the last did not have to change my measurements so my suit was ready quicker.

0 stars if I could. Would NOT recommend! Spare yourself or loved one and go anywhere, but here. Tuxedo size was completely WRONG and they refused to help 3 days before wedding. 3 days before wedding and groom has NO TUXEDO. Thank goodness another tuxedo shop that was willing to help us in short amount of time.
