Hurry because they close early.. bad biz and bad attitudes ... got off work and raced over their .. doors were open and still had 10 minutes ... but they said they already dropped money to bad so sad ... I guess..

I ended my business relationship with Metro that spanned nearly 10 years. Over treatment at this store. For a store that is empty with one employee next to a competitor you might want to be nice to those who need to upgrade. $20 off of regular price when on top you charge an upgrade free is not an incentive to keep your customers.So I walked out. Went next door to Spectrum and got a new phone because the current one was dying. No upgrade fees. I got to port my number out. So dear franchise owner: Have prices of the upgrade posted. Have an employee that cares about her job. She didn't even look up, greet me, or even get off her lazy butt to meet me out on the sales floor. I was greeted when I walked into the Spectrum store. With all smiles.They were not checked out. They cared about employment. They wanted to sell me something. When my mother needs a new phone guess what? She is going back to Verizon via Spectrum.When I go to work on Monday, I'm going to be talking about this. I will be singing Verizon vs T-Mobile. I will stress that if your rinky dink small prepaid phone store is poor quality, then the rest of T-Mobile will suck.

The people at this location are nice but the actual product that Metro by Tmobile sells is horrible. I've bought a new phone, tablet, a big Bluetooth speaker and a set of earphones. The phone runs slow and takes awhile to load at points. The tablet acts like it was made 10 years ago even tho it's new. The earphones have no background noise canceling at all. Barely can hear the music and the Bluetooth speaker battery dies way to fast and the aux cable stop sending clear music thru it. Definitely do not recommend any product from them.

This location could've handled something better. Wife bought a new phone, had remorse, and was treated very rudely by the staff in attempting to return it 2 days later. They said their store policy is only to offer returns for new customers, and told her to call corporate. Corporate agreed they should accept the return but couldn't help. Wife asked for manager and they blew her off. My wife stood there for 1-2 hours with a baby and a toddler. They couldn't care less. Apparently the manager was in an important meeting for that entire duration.Completely disrespectful of a customer.
