Big chain hardware store, says it all. They have a lot of stuff anyone could be looking for. Sales associates seem to be few and far between if you really them.

Consistently bad quality of wood in the lumber mill. Can't even get an order delivered without finding several warped boards/posts. There's no quality assurance sending out this wood to customers. This is one of the worst stores for buying wood. Stop being lazy and do your quality checks, pathetic!

HORRIBLE customer service. We reserved the rental van to move a large purchase from the concord location and according to them "somebody from another store did an override of the reservation center and came and got it right before our reserved timeslot". That sounds pretty farfetched to me. Seems like each store would have their own van so I'm pretty sure this is a lie. Regardless y'all wasted a HUGE amount of my time.
