We were looking for a cover, for the truck bed, for my husband's new F-150. The salesperson directed us to the exact item that we were looking for. He ordered it, scheduled an appointment to have it installed and we were FINISHED. This only took about 15 minutes. Hopefully the installation will go as smoothly.

Iv done business with this location many of times, 2 dump trailers in the past 2 years plus accessories. John and Steven always do a awesome job. Today I came in to purchase a replacement 8 lug dump trailer tire and rim assembly. Place is quiet and no line which is rare. I encounter a guy at the counter no greeting or nothing just staring at his phone. I ask for the tire assembly, he says "yes they are $200". I say "ok I'll take one". He proceeds to tell me he doesn't have any. Still starring at his phone no eye contact nothing. I leave without saying anything and find Steven helping the mechanic in the shop. I ask him and he was quickly to get one from the back and bills me out. Tire assembly was actually $300+ which is fine I needed it. But the guy which I later found out is a "manager". Was still on his phone when I came into pay at the counter and said "oh sorry inventory said we had one". But yet didn't even check when I asked for it and on top of that gave me an incorrect price. I hate leaving bad reviews but as a manager my self I couldn't see anyone else coming back dealing with this dummy.

Just wow! John helped me with the lights on my very old Leonard trailer. Also checked tires & added air - all this at no charge. He had 2 great suggestions for enhancing safety when pulling Old Bessie. This is the kind of service the world needs more of! Thanks John!

I absolutely love this place. First time I went there was kind of a bummer because there system was down. I had bought a used shell and was trying to look up parts. Came back the next day and BAM! I talked to a gentleman and he knew every in and out of my camper top as he had a similar year model truck that I did. He was so helpful in identifying things that needed to be replaced..... Guess what I ordered all the things I needed if it was not in stock. Super super nice people to work with. I am very pleased on how they treated me as I already had something but wanted to make it like new again. They didn't try to "sell" me on anything. Truly honest people. I will be definitely shopping there for future purchases.

I stopped by Leonard’s the other day to get my truck bed cover installed, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was very professional and their customer service couldn’t have been better. The bed cover itself was very high quality and the installation was great too. Overall a really good experience here and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for truck accessories.

I purchased my shed 5 years ago. This year I noticed that I started to get some ants and I thought it was termites but it was not termites it was ants. I got the ants treated and Zack came out and looked at the threshold of the shed and he said that a plate was all I needed and the wood did not have to be replaced. So he saved me some money by coming out to my house and looking at the shed. I had the plate installed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. What has impressed me the most is it took no more than 5 days from talking to Zack and the installer Holly was here yesterday. My experience with the Zach and the installer Holly was exceptional and professional. I'll be back in time to get that other shed I have my eye on. These sheds can actually be used as tiny homes and that's my future. Thank you Zack!
