The technician was 11/2 late so I call him and he text me and said he would be at our house an hour more. I called the office to tell them I was really dissatisfied and they should take some money off in order for me to reschedule . Tammy told me they would take $5 off. What a joke!! Very unreliable

Klean Touch showed up on time and did a great job on my wife's car. It was very dirty inside and out, including coffee stains everywhere, including the head liner. The car also had not been waxed for a while. Klean Touch got everything clean, and the wax job looks great. We also had them do headlight restoration on this car and another vehicle, and the headlight lenses are much clearer, providing much more light. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their service.

Wow – I wish I had taken before pictures of my car because the transformation in an hour and 20 minutes is absolutely incredible! My car is like new and so shiny! As long as I live in the area I’ll never use another detailing service. I was scheduled to have my car fully detailed within two days, they showed up exactly on time and were super kind and professional and did an INCREDIBLE job.
