The offshore call center is a disgrace to this company. They have inactive listening and you can never speak to a supervisor with those folks. The whole experience is ridiculous and unprofessional. My biggest problem was my service went out last month for 4hrs( I work from home). I was told by IT that I needed a new box. When the technician came out, he just changed around some wires and my service was back working. I was able to get back to work but was told I will get an adjustment for the time my service was out. I never heard anything else from these folks and my bill remains the same. NO Adjustment was given.

Dylan called to ask if he could come early, to fix what looked like a simple connection problem. I told him yes, please stop by, and he fixed the connection right away. He explained things to my neighbor and I, and bid us a good day. Thanks!

Excellent, Josh arrived early which allowed me to go to work soon after (I work from home). He ran many test to ensure my Internet speed was good, up dated my phone and tablet with new password. I was very pleased with his knowledge and expertise.
