Stopped at this computer repair shop today and I didn't even know it was there. I went somewhere else near here and it wasn't open. This place was open and the service was quick, efficient, and friendly. Can't ask for more than that. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.???

I dropped my laptop off Feb 7th. I received no call, text or email notifying me of progress for an entire month. When I went in today, March 8th, the guy behind the counter claimed to have called me, but I have had no missed calls and have no voicemail. They also have my email address, in the event that they couldn't reach me by phone. When I arrived, I could see my laptop sitting on a desk in the back. They had not opened up or started working on it. I asked for my laptop back, and will be taking it somewhere else. It's very frustrating to have lost my primary laptop for an entire month and now I still have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed because either they forgot about it or were very busy and were unwilling to call (and leave a voicemail), text or email me. I do not recommend this repair shop.

The tech support was very knowledgeable about the issues my laptop was having. Repair prices are reasonable. This place is a hidden treasure. Very nice people.

A small, unassuming shop on Dale Earnhardt Blvd, which you could easily drive by and not notice. But, they know how to fix computers!!! HP tried to repair it when under warranty and they failed! In 2 days these guys had it back up and running and working perfectly!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to find the issue on my office computer quickly, explain it to me and give me an answer on how to best handle it...in terms I could understand! Thank you guys!
