I went to get my eyebrows waxed. The customer service was bad. Vibe was bad. I was not happy with the outcome. I would not recommend. I had second thoughts as soon as I walked through the door. I should've listened to my intuition and went somewhere else. She was rough and I had a feeling she messed my eyebrows up. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

I always make an appointment with Denise and never have to wait. Denise does a great job and a he always takes the time to make sure the done the job right. Always pleased with my nails :)

Not a very clean place. After using a cuticle cutter on me, the lady put the cap on the cuticle cutter and told me to go wash my hands and when I returned it was out of sight! (Probably in the drawer waiting for the next person who sits in her chair) The grosses thing was she used her own fingernail to push back my cuticle and she cut my skin with her sharp nail!!! I told her to stop and get a cuticle tool to do this. She said “she has to do this with her fingernail because my cuticle is very dry” (you can’t make this stuff up!!!!) I told her she absolutely was NOT going to use her own fingernail AGAIN to push back my cuticle. So she said “okay”. I will never go back to this NASTY place… NEVER. I hope I didn’t catch a disease from their nasty tools or her nasty fingernail!

I get my nails done here frequently, and it has always been a good experience. A lot of the nails salons in this area don't provide quality results, but at K Nails, I am always satisfied with my nails when I leave. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

I was looking for a new place and came across this one. I was Pleased with Denise she went Above & Beyond did Exactly what I asked for. This will be my goto place from now on. Thank You So Much Denise!!!!

10/10 I went and got a Gel pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. It was super relaxing and the staff did a great job. Definitely will be back!
