I had the pleasure of working with Cameron and getting my oil changed with the mobile service. Cameron told me exactly what was going to happen and communicated very well. John was the one who did my mobile oil change and he was great. The mobile service is ran smoothly and they are sure to make sure everything is clean afterward. I would recommend Hilbish Ford to everyone! Wonderful people, especially Cameron in service!

Having problems with my 2019 ford unit with warranty, the can’t find the way to fix it, desired to buy a new one and seller give (-$2,000 ) in trade in value at signing contract from offer before (still under value by kbb) over that only 2 units in stock, the one chose has cosmetic imperfections offered to repair and 7 weeks passed and the parts are not arrived. Do your research for dealers with options and honest sellers.

Fantastic experience! My husband and I had visited several dealers in the area, disappointed over and over, and decided to give one last try at this Ford. Not only were they ok with only 10% down, they gave us a 6 year loan instead of a 5 year. They showed us several options within our budget. The cars were in amazing condition and very clean. All of the paperwork was explained in detail. A HUGE shout-out to Rich and Brittany for a wonderful sale ❤️

I had my car serviced at my home, my appointment was for 11:30 am ,the mechanic arrived early . He very professional and polite. I thought I needed brakes he informed I didn’t need them at this time. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I was able to get a few chores done ground the house. This is a great and convenient service from start to finish.

I brought my truck to Ford Hillbish in North Carolina at 7am, and when I returned at 11am, it still wasn't done. The workers were just playing around, throwing ice at cars, and chatting. Not a single person approached us to ask if we needed help. After waiting another 30 minutes, someone finally told us they didn't have the right tool and had to find a different way to fix the truck. All this just to change 4 studs. Very disappointing experience!!

If i could leave no stars i would, truck was the first pulled at 7am! Didn’t get until 1pm, all they had to do was change 4 studs! Very unprofessional service workers, they were throwing ice at each other and hitting cars that were being worked on. Nobody seemed like they wanted to do their jobs. We were on a road trip and driving back home to Florida nobody seemed to have urgency with helping us in this situation. Not until the manager said something is when they seemed to start working. Wish we had a better experience but it was horrible.

Doesn’t operate like a typical dealership. Nobody tries to sell you as soon as you walk through the door. Staff are friendly and polite. Communication was great and service was completed in a timely manner. Would recommend.
