I have been to this store a lot. And the want one line. For two registers. So you have to figure out which aisle.

You have to fix your checkout line or put self checkout in. I don’t have 20+ minutes to wait in line to make a purchase. I’ve left multiple times and gone around the corner to Northern or HD because the checkout line is so long and slow. The cashier (the ONLY cashier) is answering the phone, and dealing with returns and questions instead of taking care of the customers in line. All while several other employees are wandering around the store, instead of helping up front in busy times. This is not a one time issue… it’s EVERY time I go to this location. It’s so frustrating, and a horrible shopping experience.

This store has a awesome online service up.
When you sign up to receive e_mails, they give you a FREE gift! He got some batteries and duct tape for his freebie
They offer alot of really good additional coupons and savings. Just gotta snoop around the Store/Site.
We just moved, not far from the store and this will be our go to for Hardware!

We just shopped here, never been to a harbor freight before, will never return. We were asked to sign up for a membership that we declined bc we have no plans on returning, but the woman checking us out kept pushing it and we were in a rush so we said yes. At no time did she say it costs anything, so imagine our surprise when we see a $30 charge on our receipt. Extremely deceptive. Be honest and respectful to your customers and learn to take no for an answer.
