Absolutely the most OVERPRICED Goodwill I've ever been in my life. Cashier tried to charge me $4 for a cheap bowl out of the dish section. Dollar Tree items priced at 3 to 4 bucks each.Stuffed animals $7 each. Seriously are you kidding me? A spiderman toy $8 bucks and missing parts of his body. I Clearly see why the parking lot was EMPTY at 7pm on a Saturday night! There is no way I would EVER recommend this store. Go to Walmart and get better for less. Cashier was extremely rude when I refused to pay their RIDICULOUS PRICES! NEVER AGAIN. TRUST ME SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! What a JOKE ?.

BATHROOM AND DRESSING ROOM! Great customer service. Nice low music volume. Clean. Organized. Good selection. Should be a corporate RULE to have dressing room and bathroom open!

Lisa my cashier was very kind and helpful! She took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. This Woman deserves a raise! GOOD CUSTOMER SERICE IS HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

Every goodwill is overpriced these days, but THIS goodwill takes the overpriced cake. I’m an avid goodwill shopper and thrifter and I’ve never gone into this goodwill and not seen very low end items priced at such a high price point. A SMALL wood bowl, $30????! Even hobby lobby is cheaper and it’s actually new. I have gone here very infrequently because of this but I probably won’t be returning

Me, my daughter & mom have been shopping at this store for a few years now! The staff there are always nice & respectful.
The staff deal with alot of rude customers that come in on a daily basis. The customers have no respect for the staff....when trying on clothes they don't hang them back up. The staff is constantly having to go behind them and cleaning the dressing rooms up. People also can't read signs when they are bringing clothes out from the back & they get mad at staff when they are told not to shop from the racks!
I believe these ladies should be shown the up most respect in what they do and put up with!
I enjoy seeing there smiling faces & talking to them! I also appreciate if they haven't seen us in awhile they take the time to say they missed not seeing us & they hope everything was good!
I never seen any of the staff be rude to a customer even when that customer is being disrespectful to them! There have been many times I've wanted to put the customers in their place.
Goodwill you should be proud of your staff & all the hard work they do & what they have to deal with on a daily basis!

Just left the store @ 5:20 on 2/9/2024 & by far this store has the rudest employees. They had racks out on the floor & kept yelling at customers for looking through them. They employees gathered up front and was talking about their customers & how they can't read signs. All these items are donated & I can't believe management would allow this. We were told by an employee this goodwill is not apart of the other goodwill so that's why customers are not allowed to shop from the racks they have on the floor. If this is true it needs to be disclosed to your customers. Several people walked out and one employee was extremely rude to an elderly customer. This needs to be addressed with your staff as this is so unprofessional.

I shop many goodwills in the area and have shopped in this store on a regular basis for over 6 mos. They have the same group of long term employees who are the RUDEST group of women i have ever encountered. They can frequently be heard gossiping about the customer within earshot of other people on a regular basis. I will be contacting corporate about my recent experiences in the store and i hope the women that work there read this. I hear them being rude to customers on a consistent basis and i'm not going to tolerate it anymore. They are like women bullies. I realize this is goodwill and I am not expecting customer service but today i overheard them for the second time discussing me and what i'm looking at and putting in my cart....its simply none of their business. When people check out i hear them openly discussing their personal business in front of other people. It's unprofessional and needs to stop. This is my very first google review and I feel like it needed to be written.

Well organized, especially the clothing sections. Seems better stocked w decor items than CLT GW stores. Has dressing rooms unlike CLT GW stores. Helpful employees. Worth the trip from CLT. Appears to be clean.

They currently close at 8 pm according to the sign, but the employees now decided that they close at 7:30/7:45, since when we arrived, the lady at the front instantly said- “We’re closed” We said no, you all close at 8 pm, you have 15 minutes. She replied with “Well you have 5 minutes.”Goodwill Management, please correct your signage and I would recommend not blocking the exits with carts since that’s considered a fire hazard as well.
