We come to this location pretty often , we were waiting for a fitting room , she let another customer cut infront of us . She clearly seen me standing there with clothes in my hands waiting for the fitting room. She then gave us a fitting room and slapped the door and got mad , I asked her nicely , why did she let the other lady cut in front of me, we where waiting for a fitting room way before she was .This was the 2nd time this has happened and same situation .
She is African American lady, with an Afro and wears glasses , she said she was the manager. But she isn’t fit for a manager . She doesn’t greet Customers , walks around with a mad look on her face . she isn’t friendly to customers manger at all her attitude isn’t very professional.if she doesn’t learn good costumer serve skills , then she will lose out on customers .

Waited a whole 20 minutes to buy one shirt. The lady in front was making a return and having a full fledged conversation. There was only one person at the register, and three others “putting clothes away”. There was a gent who saw me waiting and went back to the register to get more returned clothes to put back on the rack. I felt like they were very dismissive of me as a customer. I love goodwill, but not this Goodwill.

WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD.Please save yourself the trip and do not come to this goodwill. There is a white lady that discriminates people of color. She followed every black and person of color in the store. This is disgusting behavior. Goodwill should not allow someone racist to have a job. Is this really what Goodwill stands for? Absolutely disgusting. Nobody should be discriminated or followed around the store. Do better, and make sure to train these people to give good customer service and not be racist. This lady also gives the worst customer service ever. She is a white old lady that has blonde frizzy hair and seems to always be a cashier and wonders the store. She even rounds up your total even if you don’t want to, you shouldn’t force someone to round up if they don’t want to.

Really sad to see the high price increase on products such as toys and misc. Items. Goodwill has always been a great place for struggling families and while things are still cheaper than brand new, it still isn't as affordable to help in the time people need help the most. Free donated items could be priced more affordable for the greater good instead of greatest profit.

Really disappointed in the service I received at this location. I tried to donate to their cause and they wouldn’t take any thing. I had a really nice couch and love seat that some one could have loved and needed. I’ve never had a charity turn anything down especially a donation. I will no longer donate to their cause especially considering they are so selective. It really is a shame that these corporations make profit off the people who simply want to help a fellow community member. For those considering a donation I highly recommend your local Salvation Army. I guess Salvation Army really is the superior charity!

Very nice goodwill location although on the smaller side. Store has some quality brands and a above average collection of shoes. Staff are very friendly and not afraid to help.
