The two Men had to carry it on planks laid over a muddy yard from all the rainAnd installed it perfectlyWhat a great company to deal withOur thanks to them both and the cooperation they went through to get the job done.

We were extremely satisfied with Estella and the Galaxy team for the installation of our kitchen countertops. Estella stayed in contact with us through every step of the process. I would definitely use them again. Scheduling and installation were on time when promised. Installers were very friendly and professional.

I have had the most wonderful experience with Galaxy Countertops.We were beginning our kitchen remodel and it was important to me to find countertop that was functional but also one that looked nice.I stopped in and was expecting to be told to schedule an appointment but was immediately greeted by Estela who took time to explain the different options.Found a countertop that I loved and was excited! They helped me to understand the process and what to be prepared for with our particular project.They always answer the phone and have been flexible as project has evolved.Noe is our installer and he is wonderful! I spoke with him in the warehouse the day I first came and he came to install today. He is super knowledgeable, a warm person and extremely professional. Noe represents the business so well!!

.I went to the Galaxy Countertops showroom on 03/17/23 after finding them online and reading their reviews. I consulted with Estella, who walked me through the showroom and explained different options and pros and cons of each one. She advised me of the processes of measurement and installation. I also looked at kitchen sinks that were available for purchase.I picked out a granite top and she showed me a larger uncut pieces that would become my countertops if it passed my inspection. She set up a time for my cabinets to be measured. This occurred only a few days later. The person who came to measure was came on time to our scheduled appointment. I was contacted with a price shortly thereafter and advised on the down payment.My countertops were installed on 03/24/23. The installers were organized, thorough and quick. The whole process from laying the tops down, installing a sink and caulking took less than 1.5 hours. They instructed me again how to car for my new granite tops before leaving.The end results look wonderful. It has been a month and I have not found a single thing wrong with the counters. I remodeled my kitchen and this was the easiest process by far. Thank you Galaxy Countertops.

This company DID make good on a mistake made by the estimator, but they only get 3 stars because of the unprofessionalism displayed when we asked for this to get fixed.At first I was more than impressed with this company. I like that it’s a small, family owned business. The daughter came out and took the measurements for our kitchen.We custom built a bar top and explained what we were doing, several times. My wife explained we needed extra space to complete everything but the estimator never added that to the measurements.Here is where the 3 stars comes in. My wife called to ask about the piece coming around the corner and why it had an inch gap. From then on we received nothing but defensiveness, and excuses, to even trying to blame us. Each time my wife would remind her of the original discussion, she would come up with another excuse, then another, and another. She made up something else to tell her mother (who never came to our house).When her mother called my wife she cut her off, told her she would make good on it but it’s not their fault and we should be getting charged.This is extremely unprofessional! Also a huge mistake. My wife owns a cleaning company and is in peoples homes all the time. Sometimes people tell her they will be remodeling, etc. she could have given them business, but not now.This could have been handled better. The only words that should have been said were “I’m sorry. I’ll come back and fix it.” Not arguing, not defensiveness or refusal to take responsibility.Mistakes happen. But you cannot learn from them if you blame someone else.Picture of how it was left originally and after they fixed it.

We have used Galaxy Countertpps 2 times in past 4 months. (2different homes). From start to finish it was a 5 star. Choosing the product, Schedule, install, was all so easy. Everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
