Went trying to see why my engine light was on and tried to add in “so we can book an appointment” but the fat mf wouldn’t even let me get that out before he said “no we’re booked til the 29th just for diagnostic”. I have never in my life had a mechanic say they couldn’t take 5 mins to see why the light is on and schedule an appointment for service. That’s wild. This place helped my daughter and I both before I thought we found a new place to go, but I was so wrong ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I am a Mechanic! Sometimes the tools needed for the job vs going somewhere just is better! But I can tell you these Guys attention to Details impressed me! And very knowledgeable on all makes and models! Love these Guys and their Work! Good God fearing guys! My go to mechanic

I am not from kannapolis I am from Charlotte while visiting my grandmother we noticed we had a flat tire. Add went to a tire shop down the road from Josh and they could not get my lug nuts off so they told me I needed to go to a mechanic and this is where I came. Josh immediately was super nice to me and my son with great conversation and he filled Us in every step of the way and was able to get my lug nut off my tire definitely recommend this mechanic to everyone.

Absolutely awful service. Took nearly a month to get my car back, was told it was fixed after spending $680 for junkyard parts (a fuse box and a TCM module) the check engine light CAME BACK ON for one of the problems they apparently "fixed" now am not able to get it to pass inspection. HE USED BROKEN PARTS TO "FIX" MY CARS BROKEN PARTS. Besides being ripped off, when my partner and I went to pick it up, the DAY we were told it was done mind you, the owner Josh was COMPLETELY rude and demeaning to my wife. We never received a legitimate estimate like their sign inside CLEARLY states I am required to recieve. There was ZERO communication throughout the over 3 week period i waited. I spent a fortune just to be able to get to work. You can read the other reviews below...We've gone to the BBB as well as DOJ/Labor. I am absolutely appalled by the service AND so called "mechanic" work. I would NEVER recommend them and we ARE pursuing this further. Josh, I want my money back. Upon your immediate resolve, I will withdraw my review as well as withdraw our pursuit with the BBB and DOJ.

Sad times. My family has been using Josh since he started up on Treece St. Always been honest and got things done in a decent amount of time. This is no longer the case. Called to make an appointment on a Monday, was told they couldn't get to it until the next week. Okay fair enough. Had it towed in the following Monday as told to do and it still took two weeks for them to even look at it. Then they still didn't have it fixed after having it for a month. I don't know if they are just taking on far too much or if they have gotten too good for little folks but I know I, and my son will not go back and I'll now steer my parents to another shop.

Don't bother with this place they can't even call you back. Check out the auto repair on south ridge rd. He'll tell you get it here and they'll fix it.

Josh and Zach were great to work with. Replaced Valve Covers and Vacuum pump all respective gaskets and plugs.... runs great and really reasonable $, Thanks guys!

I bought a Mercedes-Benz SL550 roadster from Carvana and the car's retractable roof and convertible top would not go down or function nor would the Mercedes-Benz command system and radio operate when I received delivery of the vehicle at my home. Under the Silver Rock warranty that came with my car, this shop was one out of some others recommended to me to fix this car under the 100 day warranty after purchase from Carvana.I called several other places, including Euro shops, and they did not even want to look at my car and one place even said that my retractable roof is not repairable as once the roof doesn't work right, it never works right again on Mercedes-Benz SL cars and this same other shop said that I should even look into returning the car to Carvana. I know Mercedes-Benz SL cars are complex cars, so I thought this might indeed be true unfortunately. This was proven untrue in my case thankfully after this shop here worked on my car and completely fixed the issues with my car.I called around early June of this year and scheduled a date not too far away to take my car here. The day I brought my car here, everything seemed fine. The warranty from Silver Rock was validated by this shop and the employees seemed familiar with this warranty program and service from Carvana liked they had done warranty work before with Silver Rock and Carvana car buyers. So I was pleased I knew my warranty would be honored.Upon arrival, the mechanic talked to me and looked over my car, but he said in his own words after I sat inside the waiting area that "it is bad." I think he mentioned problems with the battery, slow start-up ignition speed, and some other related electrical issues that may be causing the retractable hard top go down into the trunk as it should and the MB command system and radio not to fully function while I sat briefly inside this auto shop waiting area.In just one day, they had diagnosed all of the problems and completed repairs. I received a call the next day after I brought my car, that it was ready and working just fine now. Very quick turn around time.I soon came back to pick up my car, and I was told they worked with the warranty company and everything was covered.. no problems. I then needed someone to go over with me how to use the retractable hard top since it now worked, one mechanic did show me and I was able to turn on and use a fully operating MB Command system as well. And then after I was hearing their corny sarcastic humor telling me to give them 4 and a half stars here on Google after I told them I was going to give them 5 stars, I was off in my fully functioning car.Google doesn't enable anyone to give you 4 and a half stars, that is not an option, so you are getting the full 5 stars like I told you!!! Congrats!!!Overall, my experience here went exactly as it should. They worked perfectly with my warranty company with me not paying a dime for repairs or labor, they were very fast in completing the work, did superb diagnosis on a more complex car, did all repairs excellently and explained everything with records, showed me how to operate the retractable roof properly, and I have had zero problems since with my car since taking it here. I don't think it can get any better than that.

They don’t deserve a star. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with sass and attitude from a lady. I asked if someone could point out something under my steering wheel that would take a whole 30 secs at best!! The lady kept telling me she’s not gonna pull anyone from a job to point out something and I said ok I understand thank you… Then some dude in the back of the office said he would help me out when he was done with his phone call… So when he walks up I tell him what I was looking for and asked if he can point it out for me. He told me he gonna have to charge me $65-$75 to do that!!!!!!!! I told him that I wouldn’t pay that for him just to point something out and I thought he was joking and when I declined he just says ok and turns around and walks away!!!!! U don’t treat customers like that… first the lady was rude as hell then that dude was just as bad… I feel like he was trying to make a quick buck bc he knew what I was looking for…. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL…

Horrible customer service! From the minute I walked in the lobby they were nothing but rude and unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional. I had a simple question and the mechanic walked away while I was still talking.
