If I could give zero I would. I got a message saying my prescription was ready at 4:18pm on Sunday 12/11/22 and I came to pick it up at 4:30 pm and the lady said it wasn’t ready and I would have to wait another 20 minutes. She then proceeded to be extremely rude when I told her I received the message saying it was ready. She started yelling and then told us to get out of line. Never coming here again. Fire the pharmacist and get a new one. Or give her some customer service classes.

I used the drive-thru for a prescription that was supposed to go somewhere else, this is a pharmacy when I lived in Kannapolis NC and had health insurance and prescription drug plan. Well back to the pharmacy, without insurance and no prescription drug plan it was about one hundred dolllars If it had gone to where it was supposed too it would have been around forty dollars, unfortunately I just got on a new plan since I took on a new job 3 weeks ago. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because of how helpful the drive thru associate.

The store is severely understaffed. Maybe this is a CVS policy or maybe this is just an issue at this store? What little front of store staff is available, they don't know how to address any unusual situation such as only having one of a BOGO offer or how to issue or redeem a rain check. The pharmacy staff is generally knowledgeable but they are so busy they have little to no time for curtesy or kindness. Both curtesy and kindness require additional time spent with the customer and they are so busy trying to move all the customers in the line, there is no time because there is only one person to run the cash register and that person is also assigned other tasks.

CVS Kannapolis NC shorted me on a refill I picked up the other day. I counted the number in the bottle and it was shorted by 19 pill. They circled the number they said had been given to me, on the bottle. I'm done with this pharmacy. I know it's happened before as I ran out of my meds prior to the refill date.

This CVS is the best one I have ever visited. Good employees, and managers. Helpful, considerate and fast. I am always impressed!

CVS Pharmacy has to be one of the worse around. I would not go here if my insurance didn't make me. Whenever I call in a refill then go to pick up the next day after 4p it's not filled. It's always an excuse that they are out of stock, the quantity is great so has to be ordered, or they don't stock it. I'm so fed up. I constantly have to order my respiratory meds days in advance, because they never have it on hand. How can a pharmacy not have an Albuterol Inhaler in stock?! Then I get called about script being ready. I didn't call a refill in nor did I get a new one. My husband picks it up, brings it home. It's a new medicine that I started 4 weeks earlier to TRY. It doesn't work and I will not be taking it, hence why the refill was not called in. I called pharmacy, asked why it was filled; was told it was on auto refill. I ask who did that? I did not request my meds to be auto refill, especially a new medicine. You try it first to make sure you don't have reactions and that it does what the Doctor wants it to. The Lady said I'll take it off auto refill and your other meds. I told her, "now I'm stuck with a whole bottle of pills that I wont be taking." She said "You didn't pay anything for it". EXCUSE ME!!!!!! No I don't have a co-pay on meds, BUT my insurance still has to pay for it. I'm sooo p.o. right now!

Actually i wouldn't give this particular CVS any rate. Both pharmacist will short you on your perscription medicine. When you catch the mistake THEY made THEY will blame you and say you took to much. This place will never get my business again. It wouldn't matter if this was the only pharmacy in town. I would go out of town. Good luck using the pharmacy.
