Not enough stars. Shout out to Stephanie and Sandra for being top notch! Other cell providers need to visit this store to see why they're losing customers. These two young ladies are living proof that sales people can be kind and helpful while being professional ! I love the coverage Cricket has, but above all I loved the service.I do hope these girls' manager takes note on the reviews here, and thanks them for being exactly what this industry needs, if only a pat on the back for a job well done. Thanks girls?, and thanks Cricket for taking up the slack on so many inferior providers!!

Ahmed at Kannapolis ,NC store provided THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED THRUOUT MY 70Yrs. Honestly and sincerely! He went above and beyond as a sales associate and human being!! Stellar 10 Gold Stars ++ recognition.

not my favorite or "go to" service anymore but I used to have it and honestly i didn't really like the signal .. either my text messages would always send over and over end over again or my phone would be roaming constantly. it was actually pretty ridiculous.

Omg...when I say this whole issue is a Company issue,not so much an issue of this retailer. I left my former carrier because of interruptions with my service a month it seemed. Only to have my # ported over to cricket;haven't had my service a week,not even 4 days & already am experiencing issues. I mean my calls are going straight to voicemail. I've called customer service numerous times & still having the issue. So I basically can't win from loosing

Lazy workers,went in to reactive my phone for them to immediately shut me down without even checking the system,drove 10 mins down the street and had the issue fixed promptly,gg
