“For two years SECU has helped me with a mess of issues. I travel for work, my IDs are rarely up to date, I often have out of state paper checks and on and on. Every time I have an "issue", the tellers are so nice. They are knowledgeable and know policy so they can help me, or help me help myself.Things were so hectic during covid and getting documents, they always helped. Never made me feel as stupid (as I was) or problematic. I made a mistake using a diff prominent cu for my primary monies. SECU even helped me fix the errors THAT other place caused.Being new to Charlotte, I opened 3 bank accounts. You never know a good bank until you've had quirky situations.
