Very helpful and friendly staff and will also go out of their way to make things right if there's a miscommunication between you and your doctor, I had an issue a while back and it was sorted out that same morning, but that might depend on your doctor

I am concerned that I made a mistake moving my medications to your pharmacy. I have never in years had this many problems over the short period of time I have been here. They have basically called me a liar when I know what the pharmacist told me. I even wrote it down. He denied ever having a conversation with him. My husband was with me when we talked to him the first time. They fill things without my consent and then my insurance questions me. They call me and I go the next day to pick up my medication and they have already put it back. Then it takes four people to get it filled. There are some very rude people that work there. They act like I am an inconvenience to them. I take my health and medications very seriously. I stay on top of my refills. Today was the third issue, I have had here. I like to be able to trust my pharmacist and where I get my meds filled. If this doesn’t change, I will have no other choice but to move pharmacies. I would like to think I matter as a customer.

What an awesome group of dedicated people! I stopped in yesterday to see about a slip on ankle support for my kid. I was greeted and assisted as quickly as possible. They didn’t have anything on hand small enough, but then came out and measured and were able to order a fitting ankle support sleeve that I picked up the next day! I don’t know if anywhere else would have taken the time, or even had the ability. I will definitely be returning and probably moving future prescriptions to this location. Jason was super helpful and I unfortunately didn’t catch the very helpful woman that first greeted us. But everyone was amazing. I highly doubt you will be disappointed working with these folks. Check with them first, for what you need.

This has been hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used. They are friendly, helpful, and will go above and beyond to help you with filling your prescription and delivering them on time. Very convenient!!

Please be careful and always make certain that your medication is stored properly. This pharmacy routinely forgets to make certain that my medicine Emgality and previously Ajovy was continuously refrigerated. Subsequently when I arrive to pick it up it is hanging out with regular medication, subsequently when I receive it , it's not safe to use as the pharmacist assumes that when I pick it up that's when it's to be injected which is as I explained cannot always be and is not their job to assume.The job of a pharmacy is to maintain the safety of medication and the proper storage of medication until the patient picks it up and this pharmacy HAS SHOWN THAT THEY CANNOT ASSUME THIS ROLE. Furthermore, the box says keep refrigerated.The pharmacist seemed to be more interested in proving me wrong and saving a medication that cost 100.00's of dollars than to make certain that the medication is safe.So, please be careful!!!

we hace been customers for a while and we really love this phamacy they are really atentive and as a latina myself they are really friendly and helping, over all a great phamarcy. Yolanda Rivera has been one of the best employ there and has helped us so much.

I have been getting my prescriptions at Cannon for over 10 years. That says it all right there! They have always treated me like family. They have the best delivery service ever!! I will always reccomend Cannon!!!!

I changed my pharmacy after I talk with Yolanda and I won’t retreat it. She as been and incredible help for our family to get out medication not only delivered but filled and I love she speaks Spanish so I feel more comfortable talking to her. She makes us feel good to have her. Pharmacies are many but people who show they care that we get better she was the first one. Yolanda take a lot of time to help and more to make sure I get/ we get our medication on time. (Note) she make us feel important and we need more people like her. We love and apréciate her and her services.

A good local pharmacy, this location is the best in my opinion. They don't mind trying to help you and will check for discounts or anything to help you afford your medicine.

My mother has been a customer here for around 20 years now. Now, she can't hardly get anyone to answer the phone, let alone a question. I've called and have found that the majority of the staff are seriously rude. Hometown pharmacy? Like family? Nope. Don't think so. Especially since the new home delivery system they've put in place. Also? You might want to teach your staff to treat people with respect. They have acted like my mother and other elderly folks are stupid because some can't/don't text or use the Internet. Not gonna lie. Pisses me off. And when I say others, I mean people who've actually talked to me about it. And by some of the one star reviews I'm seeing, I'm not alone. Just remember, you're going to be elderly one day yourselves.

I would like to take the time to share my thoughts and experience that I had at Cannon pharmacy (Kannapolis South) I personally would like to thank all who were involved in helping me get my electric wheelchair. But out of all who were involved I would very much like to point out one individual who was so special and kind going out of her way in making my life so much better her name is Lynn and she went above and beyond what I could ever had imagined. I feel as though she was an angel looking out for me ! I would like to tell her thank you again and it would not have happened without your kindness, determination and being such a strong voice for me! Thank you again Karen !!!

The staff is great! The service has been accurate and prompt. More importantly, they give our dog treats when we go through the drive- thru to pick up prescriptions. ?
