On 10/20/24 around midnight my husband had to take our 17 year old Yorkie in to be looked at. We had a appointment with our normal vet on Monday but our little guy was really struggling. They took Teddy right back and started checking him out. My husband called so I could listen in on his assessment with Dr. Kluttz. We had options and considering our the age of our dog we had to make a tough decision. They were so kind to our boy and us. I'm thankfully for places like this. Lori was so sweet as I came to say goodbye to my boy. Durning my short visit I never felt rushed.
Thank you to all the staff!

This was by far the most memorable and peaceful moments I've ever experienced since I witnessed my 1st grandbaby being born. Our Cat transitioned slowly at home and when It started my Daughter called them and they told us to bring her in. They treated Storm like a member of their Family and made the experience very calming and professional. I can't thank you enough for making this transition comfortable. She will be with Us forever though right now it is difficult. Thank you!

We can’t thank the team at Pet Emergency and Trauma Services enough, especially Allyson, who was an absolute angel taking care of our sweet girl tonight. Your compassion and knowledge brought us so much comfort in a stressful time. While we hope we won’t need to return anytime soon, we won’t hesitate to head your way if we do. So grateful for this amazing emergency vet team! ??

Wonderful experience for first time emergency vet visit. After calling 5 within a decent driving distance and being turned away they did not. I was told initially it would be a two or three hour wait, and it was not. Lucky we were taken care of right away with such kindness, all staff on duty were absolutely amazing, we were in for a baby copper head bite and they took amazing care of my baby!!

My mother's dog Blu Hop passed away late on wendesday night and I found this clinic. The told me they can help us. So we took him to the place. Jason helped get Blu out of the car. He put us in a private room and gave us time to say goodbye. Then he took Blu and then came back and we signed papers and he said his ashes will be back in 72 hours. That place was nice, clean, friendly. I would recommend this place if you need it. Thank you Jason and staff for making this difficult time as comfortable as possible. God bless

The medical assistant was awesome! I wish I knew his name but he was able to resolve my issue with my pet and did not charge me and also helped me with my pet to my car. I don't want anyone to need pet emergency care, but if you do, this is the place.

WOW - what can we say? This place quite literally saved our pup's life. Our 5 month old pup digested something neuro-toxic (still a mystery) and got to feeling very sick. I've never been to an emergency vet but thankfully they were close and open as we are visiting from out of state. We were seen immediately, communication of treatment needs and patient responsibility were clear. These ladies likely see pets on death's door nightly but still exhibited such patience and compassion as they kept our puppy overnight. They allowed us to call and check on him anytime and even come and visit while he was still being treated. We came and picked him up within 24 hours and he's completely himself after a real scare. I cannot express how grateful our family is for this place!

Called at 4am with a concern and luckily was a dead night. Vet tech was amazing, very detailed in explanation and transparent in making sure we knew options and pricing before proceeding. Fantastic experience and appreciate that they care!!

The staff was very compassionate. The doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly. The outcome for our boy wasn't what we hoped but they were great.

I'm begging you, don't bring your beloved animal to this place. Dr. Dodson essentially killed my cat and charged me $300 for it. I brought him after hours in for respiratory distress and weakness that came out of no where (he is an indoor /outdoor cat). She first decided to test him for leukemia.... Which I agreed to because she is the expert, but wondered how that had anything to do with his acute medical condition. Of course that was negative. She suspected a polyp or upper reap infection. Then she recommended an xray to check out his lungs "just to make sure it's nothing more serious" ... Made me wait 2 hours just to tell me... the machine is broken. Can't do the xray. But she jovially tells me I'm lucky to save the cost of the xray and completely changes her tune on his diagnosis. She says it's just an upper respiratory infection most likely from all her assessment data. Sends me home after making me sign that I declined the xray! Kinda didn't have a choice did I?!? They sent me on my way thinking he was just dealing with a stuffy nose. He died sometime around daybreak. That was NOT an upper respiratory infection. He suffered that entire time. Probably a pleural effusion or some other kind of trauma. As a nurse myself... This is completely due to her poor assessment. I wish I knew more about how to assess animals. But I will say this.... I knew in my gut those breath sounds were more serious. He had no cough or sneezing. No drainage from his nose. I should have listened to my gut.
