The doctor was very informative and provided excellent care. Got the care we could afford at the time. Learned what could be accomplished over time. The whole office is very nice and kind.

Took excellent care of my dog during his ear cropping. The staff is wonderful and loves on my boy every time he’s there. Ears turned out beautiful too.

Just getting around to typing this as my life has been altered by the loss of my tuxedo baby gizmo. I just wanted to thank the staff and especially Dr Kidwell for her kindness. One of the hardest things I’ve had to do this far in life. Thank you Dr Kidwell for allowing me the space and time to spend with gizmo and to love on him and hold him in those final moments. Very relieved how quick I was able to get his ashes and how the front desk girls made sure to call me when they arrived. Thank you for the beautiful card sent to my home. IF I ever choose to get another fur baby I’ll definitely choose here for their health needs. <3

Excellent facilities. Great people. Very competent Vet spent quite some time investing our pet. Reasonable appt scheduling . Great prices for services.

Wonderful place! Always very organized and usually easy to get an appt. My cat started his journey here bc he had a serious bladder crystal blockage. They were great with the cat and great with me as well! I really love this cat and am very thankful they took such great care of him ! Highly recommend

Me and my husband was out walking our 7 month old pup, out of no where she started walking lop-sided and then fell boneless too the ground. She was still aware but it was TERRIFYING!! We were 2 mins from this place. My husband begged for someone to please just look at her to see if she will survive or if she needed care immediately. We had absolutely no money and could not do anything. I told them I get paid in a week and I have a great credit score if they would bill me or anything to please just LOOK at my dog. They would not move a toe until they had at least $150 in their hands. And so we left and prayed to God. He came through for my baby. And so I turn to here and I'm looking at all these 5 star reviews and I bet this place is amazing. IF YOU HAVE MONEY. Money is all to these people. As soon as the money is good then YES THEY ARE AMAZING. But to people how are genuinely struggling they turn their nose down to you. One nurse even came to the side door to WAVE as we were driving away in TEARS!. Do yes everyone this place is amazing with staff and pets AS LONG AS YOU HAVE MONEY right then and there. We were not told of any payment plans, and outside help...nothing!!! We weren't rude, disrespectful NOTHING. We came, asked for someone to literally just look at her and then we left when the reply was not unless you have $150. So never ever will this mo ey hungry place get a single cent or be in charge of my pet. They are not helpful or caring without the money. I'll find another place that cares more for animals then cash.
