Going halfway with the stars. The young man whom i spoke with was very kind, and very helpful. I left the store, and came back with three phones to begin my service with Boost. I left without their service. I saw two other potential customers leave, while this young man continued with the sane customer FAR in excess of 1.5 hours. Here's my suggestion:Employees need to remember to tell customers there could be a bit longer wait, and apologize for their being inconvenienced, but they would be helped as soon as possible. Saying nothing leaves us wondering if it's worth the wait. Again, the poor guy behind the counter has no one to help him. I have my phone service with a competitor, and wanted to change to Boost this evening because I had no other time! My monthly bill would have been a little more to make this change to Boost, but I would have made the change because the guy was so nice when I spoke to him by phone. I found it a bit sketchy that some of the charges and fees differed from store to store! Three lines with your service is nothing in the whole scheme of things, so perhaps they can't care less.

I like my service with them ...Been with boost for years now...Could build a tougher phone for construction workers an tree guys ..But other than that i highly recommend this place....GOD BLESS

They are small and very quaint! After having some billing problems that couldn't be resolved on the Chat line(which is a joke) I popped into the store and it was corrected in less than 5 minutes. If you ever have a question about your bill do yourself a favor and jump into the Car for some real service!
