Absolutely money pit. The water smells like an eggy fart, Absolutely NO soap, just pressurized, stinky water, and the numbers are disconnected. Looking at other reviews, this pathetic place has been like this for a good while. If you are unable to maintain this "business " do the right thing and shut it down, hire somebody to maintain it for you or sell it to someone who DOES care. You owe me $20.

Charged my card $10 instead of the $8 on the sign, there was zero soap and the water smelled like a stagnant pond.

This was a sad car wash. The high pressure selections aren't much better than a garden hose. And the soap option was just pitiful. A drop of dawn soap makes more suds than that did. Save your money and go somewhere else

I went through today to try and rinse the pollen off of my car. Water pressure was so horrible, I get more from a shower head at my house. The water smells like egg farts. Don't get it on you. Avoid this place. I've come here in the past and it's always subpar. It wasn't convenient I would never come here. Also, no cards taken for the bays. Only for the auto wash. Worst wash in Kannapolis. How they have been in business since 1982 is beyond me. Too many other choices around the area to use something this bad.

I just went here today to rinse the dirt off my car. Seen that they have increased the price so I used my debit card. No clue it charged me $10 till I got home. It still asked me to deposit .75 cents even after swiping my card. Called the number listed and it says no longer in service. I paid $10 for a 5 min hand held wand wash. Unacceptable!!!

I love going to Bob's car Wash he's got new lights at night this place is lit up great place to wash your car at night and just relax not worry about a lot of noise the prices are great not a lot of people around to bother you from other places everything is on camera it's just the right place to wash your car give it a try you'll love it

I tried to use it took 5.00 wouldn’t take anymore money so I loss the money I put in there and can’t get in touch with anyone. The phone number is out of service.

WAY overpriced. I stopped in to rinse some sand from the bed of my truck. Used the hose for about 3 minutes and it charged my card $10! I won’t be going back.

Keeps your change on the laser wash. The pressure washers weren’t working. I put in a lot of quarters too.

Tire/Wheel cleaner doesn't mist its hard to select soap rinse etc sprayer nozzle just was sub par couldn't get any foam polish to come out or work wasted my money
